Just stayed in VE Hotel and Residence in Bangsar South. Guess it is almost the same concept. One of the problem in this kind of place is that you may not have neighbor as you always have stranger checking in and checking out of the hotel. Hopefully they don't turn the residence area into home stay or hotel apartment (which exactly happened in VE Hotel and Residence as I rented a 2 bed rooms apartment in the residence floor).

My father wanted to get this place but chose rice Miller instead but the building project didn't work out but he wanted to choose rice Miller or Shorefront... if he chose storefront I would be in there right now haha

I really don't understand why the designer make the bedroom windows so small, which makes the bedrooms very dark.

I actually visited this place. It is overpriced because of the brand. But you don't even have a central air conditioning. I felt a bit oppressive when i walked in a two bedroom apartment. It is not spacious and has no bathtub. With this size I'd rather covert it to a one bedroom flat with a bigger bedroom and bathroom. Balcony is also small. Not suitable for your own residence.
