Started really earning my take home back in 2011,,had a few slips but I finally got my 28bottles the 1time a month in 2018 now its 2024 I'm at my 7 yr years at my clinic that I came there sober with a 1xs week take home ..I've been on 140 mg finally this clinic even helped me go to where it was holding me 28_30hrs,,,so I wasn't waking up sick. Regardless if it's in your box in your house,,y wake up sickly no 1 should. We all I had been going to Florida to stay with my grandma whom wanted to continue living in her home. Well I would travel up north every month to get my doses. And I'd go back to Florida. I'm home less now back up north and I'm on 50 mgs my clinic knew I was traveling back n 4th. Now I'm on a every other day regiment and 50 mgs..of methadone....I'm never done fentanyl I had a heroin n I started out with pain pills prescribed....so PLZ know I'm going to definitely complain about this bcuz it's not holding me 12 hors...n today's Saturday. Been on methadone for 20yrs this saved my life I've not carved to try Fentanyl. Had my 28day takehomes over 4 yrs . I earned them B4 COVID. I've been on 140mgs for over 10 yrs. I did try exactly what he's saying at 1st I tried still using on top of methadone...til I got on this dose... N I do not get high. I don't think about it....they cut me to 50 mgs I missed 5 days yes but I need to go back up I'm really scared to use a pill. I ve never tried fentanyl off-street. Metadhone is a full agonist so it really feels like you’ve been taking oxy or H too somehow which is important for us addicts - to feel we’ve taken something, even tho it isn’t as potent as ”real thing.” I am currently on 30 mg after buprenorphine did not work, and 30 is too low. Started 20. So I will up my dose soon

I'm really happy to hear other ppl saying that methadone saved their life. My experience was completely different. I live in the US. Methadone (even while clean for several years off of heroin) helped progress my addiction. I started craving cocaine and was constantly trying to come off of the methadone gradually. The only "advice" the clinics (which were horrendous places that trigger me to this day) had was to go up on your dose. Finally, I got off of it bc I had no choice- was kicked out of a clinic with no warning just before Christmas 2022 due to changes in ownership of clinic as well as my "defiance" as a patient (long story). I spiraled of course and almost died (seizures etc) but I was able to come out from the grips of the hell that was my life for years and am thrilled to report that I am clean and a totally different person now. That's just my personal story.

This gentleman is a rarety, he is golden!!!, unlike every doctor I've been dealing with ever since I was put on methadone in the hospital after emergency surgery on my back. I love that he understands how fundamentally different we all are and at different times in our lives. He really takes this into consideration and does not "go by the numbers" as my doctor continues to try drilling into my head, not a week ago, and for the 4th time in the past 3 years that I was requesting a conservative increase of 3mls. I am on it for pain and here in B.C., Canada it comes as a liquid. I am going to find another clinic or another doctor who will listen to me. I hope I can find one. I wish I could see this guy!!! Most of this is total bullshit as it applies to the actual original JWH compound that came out when the term K2 and spice was actually being used publicly. I personally started smoking K2 RJWH synthetic compound sometime around 2013 and for about two years straight almost 3 smoked it continuously I did not have to work in 2013 and stayed hot every day every moment that I was awake every 45 minutes at the most I would take a toke one toke. I only had one experience with synthetic compounds whatsoever that even spooked me a little, and that was because I tried a different flavor and strength than what I was acustom to and got a little higher or a little lower however you wanna look at it, that I was feeling paranoid,,, I took a 10 minute nap woke up and was fine continue to smoke the rest of the 3 g bag over the next few days. The key to this stuff which I believe is better than standard cannabis because it does affect both of your THC receptors and actually opens your subconscious to a conscious level of interaction which is wonderful I think old humans need to be exposed at least to themselves, however the key is realizing just because it’s legal and easy to obtain that it isn’t garbage, that you don’t have to smoke a whole gram of it to get high .one tiny A little token is enough to get you almost instantly high for 20 minutes or so if you take another toe you’re just going to get higher if you take another toke, you also will just get higher, until the point that you pass out and when you pass out it’s maybe 10 minutes I have not passed out but just taking 10 minute naps when I got very high. However I feel that my creative side, my interactions side with other people, and my psychoactive side to be able to reel off hugely imaginative scenarios for writing movies or music was Much more intense than with any cannabis that I have ever used , and I was 40 at the time...My ability to sync into movies as long as they were action and engaging movies or to play video games and to be immersed into the reality of the video game was as good as any sativa that I have ever puffed Upon. Again the key was to respect this legal product that was being sold at head shops and service stations nationwide. And I frankly think it should’ve been a 21 and over controlled substance just like alcohol and I would’ve been a very happy person even onto today. And when I quit I quit cold turkey and never had a problem with it never really looked back at it by the time I quit in 2016 all of the good JWH compounds Had been replaced With whatever trashy compound they’re using now, which is like a dirty powerful Mexican Indica and that are couch potatoes you instantly, .the early compounds never gave me any sort of health worries whatsoever, the later compounds that replaced the JWH compounds through 2014 to early 16 did however if smoked in any kind of concession or large amount would give me slight lung discomfort making them feel like they were compressed a little and some coughing. I miss the high-quality early JWH 19 ,21, And even some of the later AM220 Type compounds... I miss the ease of getting it, I miss the fact that I never felt subconsciously about it being illegal, and I miss the absolute high that I got from a compound that affected both of my THC receptors, and the way that it could’ve raised the world around me when I was alone and leave me sitting on a planet by myself to think and do what I want. Natural cannabinoids unless they are arranged in a lab in a different way will never replace the early spice products. The only problem I ever seen was the lack of the FDA or whatever three letter group rules alcohol and tobacco etc. to not take it serious enough as a business endeavor and a moneymaking industry to regulate it just the same way that they did alcohol and to make a maximum potency and as I said it doesn’t matter how potent it is or was it you either smoke more or less and got the same affects.So in closing as an adult user of cannabinoids for a long time and I use them in a very adult mature fashion, I feel that this world has missed out on a great opportunity for people from all age groups to enjoy a street legal compound they could easily be smoked or inhaled that would allow them to get down to the very core of their own beings faster and more rocksolid self-awareness even faster than cannabis does... JWH compounds are still available from China from actual laboratories that for a couple few hundred dollars will send you a plastic baggie full of it that you would then have to break down that probably 100 to1 ratio and sprayed upon whatever you would like to smoke it up on menthol cigarettes cannabis whatever and I still believe that if I were chemistry minded and could mix that and not Be in fear of overdosing myself or injuring myself while doing so would absolutely be ordering that pouch of powder from China pharmaceutical companies.
