THE MOST CASUAL SITTING POSITION OF ASIANS PROOFS TO BE THE HEALTHIEST SIMPLY CAUSE THEY DIN'T HAVE THE LUXURY OF CHAIRS NOW THIS SITTING POSITION IS THE CURING MANTRA FOR BONE NERVE AND FLEXIBILITY OR DEGENERATIVE DISC DISEASE... THAT'S WHY ASIANS ARE MORE FLEXIBLE HEALTHY AND LIVE LONGER I GUESS♥️🤪😝😅.......🦜🧸🌺🇳🇱

I can do squatting but to say to rest anyway and relax with your friends in that squatting position is the least comfortable way to relax or rest your body. If you say doing will strengthen your muscle legs that sounds more right.

I have to wonder how much can be helped with a diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy. If you can’t feel your feet, then how can you balance, unless other, more proximal nerves can still be improved to make up for the difference.

I have arthritis in my knees (not hip) and I hear grinding when I go up the steps. MOST steps have railings on one side only!

I practice a lot of therapy learned from your show and as a result my 62-year-old body's joints all work very well. I've bodyboarded in the past and very much want to learn how to surf. My daughter is studying abroad in Osaka Japan in the Fall and I would love to know where the SURF Wave Park is and take a lesson!

My whole life I put on my underwear standing up … one leg at a time. Now that is iffy at best … hence I am here. I guess it is a true sign I am getting old. I am now 74. P.S. part of the issue is pulling my leg and foot up enough to go into the waist band.

This just saved me from needless injections and an mri. I took a nasty wipe out surfing on our local reef. I did an involuntary Jean claude Van Damme split, cracked both hips and had groin injuries on both sides. It's been a week of rest, ice and ibuprofen. The left leg is good but the right side still hurt when walking or sitting. These exercises helped within 24hrs. Thank you very much. Now I have to deal with my shrinkage but that might be a whole different channel altogther!🤣

I'm not Asian, but physically can do the squat. My problem is I have very loose ligaments, and when I squat the ligaments in my right knee can slip where they hook on some bone in my knee. This prevents me from straightening my leg unless I swing my leg out and unhook the ligament. If I forget and just straighten my leg, it pulls the ligament, which can be bad enough to nearly make me pass out. Then my knee swells up. So no fun!

Totally agree after being a student of nutrition for 34 years. Everyone has to try different foods and see how they go. Im coeliac with fructose malabsorption so I cant eat the oats or barley my ancestors loved nor can I eat a lot of high fructose fruits even though I love them.

I really appreciated you in this video so much. That fact that right away you spoke truth about not “sitting down” through recovery…that won me over. You’re great! Keep posting videos, cause no one else is keeping it real. You are very authentic

I didn't know this was called an Asian squat, but I do this all the time. Gardening, whatever. It came in handy when my mom broke her arm... I squatted behind her and put my arm under hers to brace it until the squad got there. I used to do homework like that in high school.

Thank you for a common sense approach to healthy eating and hydration. I don't feel thirsty, ever, but have learned to sip water regularly, and to drink some water when I "feel" hungry as well, and that has helped me stay hydrated. Thanks for a great video.

About 15 minutes ago, while looking online for ways to relieve hip pain, I happened upon one of your videos. Yours was the first video I watched but the information and exercises I learned in just one of your videos impressed me so much that I subscribed and will try your techniques. I would like your full length video, please. Thank you!
