I NEED part 2! Ugh I just love Dr. Brogan, every time I've heard her speak it just lights me up! Super excited to hear more about her journey with sensuality and sexuality in part 2, it's definitely a part of my femininity that I've been struggling with since becoming a mother.

I had a dream recently that is slowly being understood more and more. I was basically in the dream excitedly trying to convince others “we” were dreaming. I knew this was trying to show me the higher self perspective but untangling your identity from the ego is, at least partly an experiential process and not purely intellectual. I see better now how the ego is a tool we use to help create the experience of individuality. The more I meditate the more I understand on a level the transcends my thinking mind. Awesome clip, thank you 🙏🏽

Wow , wonderful subject . It seems young people are open minded and ready to change. On another hand it seems mature people are fully formed ( dead inside ) and not capable to question beliefs. ❤

Oh my God I listened it 4 times since yesterday and.....non stop laughing and crying, feels like mini catharsis because of all these beautiful truths said. So Emily you are right when you say "please share that as a mental medicine for heart and soul. Yes today the real medicine is realising your own beautiful truth listening others truth. Also I adore what Blu said that the ONLY PERSON we need to impress ever, is our 5 year old self...AMAZIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING!!! I adore you both girls, please keep sharing your mental medicine!!!!!😍🥰🤩😇😘HOOOOOOOO HOOOOO!!!

Two fashion questions for Ziva: - Who designed and sells the gorgeous dress you’re wearing? The color, drape, and cut are absolute perfection… - Can you share where you found your necklace? It’s intriguing and I’m super drawn to it. Thank you! 💫

The necklace was designed by Emily in collaboration with her friend and Ziva graduate, Donna Distefano!
