So if my monitor has a hdmi 2.0 it can run 120 fps at overwatch? ( i have a 144 hz monitor but with 2.0 hd port)

@@i6wa08 You still gotta check your manual and make sure it supports 120fps over HDMI at either 1080p or 1440p. But if it does and you have a next-gen console, you should be good.

I wonder if i should return the one i have and get the one with g-sync? It's like $100 more. I'm not sure if it's going to make a big enough difference to worry about? I'm using a RTX 4070 super. Amd/ Ryzen 5 5600. Msi b550 plus motherboard.

I put mine on hdr and it looks really good. I like it the best so far. It doesn't have gsync, it's just freesync. 32". 1440p But I'm still yet to try other games with better graphics.. like reforger. And try 120 hz. I got it on 59.9 hz?

Turn off freesync and you can do the 1ms

You're so right about scuff... The quality is so so bad and the customer service was equally atrocious... They wanted me to pay to fix a basically brand new controller that had been treated very well, that had stick drift and broken buttons within 2 months... The controller cost me $450 ffs!!

i have a sceptre e248b-fpt168, it says it supports up to 120hz on 1080p with displayport and hdmi but my xbox series s doesn’t say that my monitor supports 120hz gameplay in the settings. it doesn’t give me the option to increase my refresh rate.

Been struggling with this with my x box s and tv.. my tv supports 120, just bought a proper cable, all setting are set, but what I play halo, which does support 120, I still have no option to turn 120 on in the halo game menu, only 30 and 60... please help!!!

Hey man, thanks for the awesome video, I am planning to buy the 2710Q model for my PS5 considering now PS5 fully supports 1440p. Do you still recommend this one for casual gaming ? I am not a pro gamer, Im just playing offline/story mode type of games and I want a great picture quality with good fps. do u think its a bang for a buck for me ? thanks

I have the lg 32gn600 and it says in the manual HDMI compatibility mode off, but I have my PS five set at 1440 P at 120 hz and when I go into my monitor, it’s showing 120 Hz at 1440 P so is this correct? Please reach back out to me. I’ve been fighting with this monitor for three weeks.

@@JustinReves so even though it says HDMI compatibility off in the manual, how am I still getting 120 Hz at 1440 P? And what is better to run 1080 at 120 Hz or 1440 at 120 Hz on PS five? I feel like 1440 is got so much more color and better graphics but I can’t seem to get my screen brightness down no matter what I do even turning the brightness down and going through through call of duty settings and turn it down. It seems like everything is still super bright.

@@derrickwaddell5086 1440p at 120hz is what you want. Just turn down the brightness on your monitor settings if it’s too bright.

HDMI Compatibile setting is greyed out on my lg 32GN600 tv. I’ve done everything else you said in the video to enable it for ps5. 🤔

Waste of money. This camera is extremely low quality that is over priced. The picture quality looks like a camera from 20yrs ago with no zoom feature. Im taking mine back and hoping to get most of my money back. This cam is not worth it.

So big problem with the Lx 10 that nobody seems to talk about. I had one and for some reason it does not allow you to use HDMI output to view or monitor the screen, which can be a dealbreaker if you ever want to use it as a webcam, just something to keep in mind.

Change your refresh rate in the windows settings under display settings and then advanced settings.

When I click 120hz my screen goes black for a little bit and comes back and it’s unchanged I have a hdmi 2.1 and a monitor that goes to 144hz

So I have series X, HDMI 2.1, monitor is omen 27 (1440p 240hz) and it won’t let me select the 120hz. It shows 60 or 120hz option when I select 1440p.. but when I put it on 120hz it downgrades to 1080p. If I switch it back to 1440p it’ll only allow 60hz ? I dont know what else to do. It happens even when I’m not in a game if I’m in Xbox menu no game selected still won’t allow it

I just looked at the manual for the HP Omen 27q - not sure if that’s the one you have or not but the manual shows only 1920x1080 at 120hz supported over HDMI which is lame sorry.

Monitor for 2523hf says it’s HDMI 2.0 but HDMI 1.4 will do 1920 at 120hz anyway so you’re good either way.

You need to select either Gamer 1 or Gamer 2 to be able to adjust the setting however you like. The rest are you preselected settings.
