I have one of these I bought brand new. I was going to make duals for it but like this much better. I can’t believe I found your video. This will save me so much time. Every 20 minute job on my place turns into at least4 hours🤪. Could you give me the exact tire sizes so I can order some? I would really appreciate it and thank you so much! PS- I had already bought new tires for the front😩. But that’s also something I do, buy and then buy again the right thing!😂🤣😂

320/85D-16 rears and 26x12-12s fronts. You’ll def need to raise your fenders and the rear 3-point lever. Drives much nicer now in my opinion. Actually use 1st gear now ⚙️

@@threecreeksbackcountry yes, will definitely be doing everything you did. Do you feel the horsepower handles the bigger tires alright? Does it feel less tippy? Many thanks. Vc

Tires are NOT cheap! I would continue to use those tires unless you travel miles down a paved road all the time. I'm sure they have tubes, and they should have tubes!! I love the rear balloon tires on the Cub cadets! IF it ain't broke, why fix it?

The tabs you ground off are what fenders would mount to. The cab tilt bracket tabs are located in the front of the cab directly above the frame.

How has the steering box has held up with those bigger front tires and a loader... it seems like that is a recipe to blow out the steering unless that tractor has power steering.
@threecreeksbackcountryАй бұрын
Steering is manual, and the size difference is not big enough to make any noticeable difference.

@threecreeksbackcountryАй бұрын
More so surface area. Surface area is what keeps you afloat in deep snow. If we didn’t air down our tires we wouldn’t been sitting ducks. Your tires can be completely bald and have zero tread, but if you have enough surface area you’ll stay on top of the snow

Bought mine new in 93 I believe. Been tough as a boot. Downsides: narrow tires, no power steering, front head lights fell out pretty quick. My dad bought a 2350 brand new that I now have. Power steering has spoiled me and made me want to some way add to the 7100. Downside on it is that they changed the body to plastic. All the body has cracked and fallen off. What an idiot decision to go plastic by kubota. I am currently in the process of building steel body for it. The motors are just bulletproof. I have already ordered tires for mine just like in this video.

@threecreeksbackcountryАй бұрын
I'm sure they will. We'll make the necessary adjustments. We built this Mog to run snow tours in winter, which doesn't require a whole lot of suspension flex. The tires alone should make up for lack of suspension travel in terms of comfort
@FerdinandFakeАй бұрын
Those tires look absolutely ridiculous, but I'm sure they go over snow like it's a fresh cut golf course especially if you air them down a good bit
