Would it not be better to go toes first when you put your left foot on his arm, so that your foot is the other way round when you slip it through the arms? -it'll even help the fake because as you push push itll seem like youre trying to gain leverage by getting your ankle into the push, masking the upcoming slip

Come on dude, if you lock your hands and push with foot on the other side, they can be Arnold Schwarzenegger and they will not hold it long… on the other hand the calf choke look great, but you’re never hitting this in real sparring…
