Well done James. You always show such resilience and fortitude and you got it done. I was up for the weekend and ran the 5k on Saturday and the half on Sunday. Really enjoyed it 😊

Hi James, Happy new year! Just found this video of yours as I might be heading this way on Saturday. Looks a good course. My partner and I have been touring a bit recently and this one is next on the cards. I’ve been here before to do a triathlon so I know Swan Pool quite well 😁

whar a windy one here. seems as thought you can conquer anything when you put your mind to it. the conditions looked crap and that mud bath is a challenge in itself.

The mud was terrible making the downs really difficult to navigate, rather then running down them making up time.

Excellent vlog James. It was very warm. Was not expecting that heat, I didn't train for that warmth. Had to do a little bit of walking myself towards the end. Well done for pushing on and finishing 💪

So glad this video came out. I saw you at the first out and back part. Glad you got it done, also seen you at Robin Hood before the event started. I was wearing the redhill Road runners top. Chester was my first marathon after trying for a long time but never made the start line due to injury. My plan on this one went really bad but somehow got there and got it done also Well done, hope to see a Robin Hood video soon?

Well done on getting it done, it was a very tough day with that unexpected heat. I didn't record RH as I have vlogged that three times. I am a bit more selective of what I put out now. Saying that, I am currently editing a good one, which I hope to get uploaded some time next week. Cheers!
