Hi Cosador, your videos are phenomenal. They are at a level at which hobbyists, who do not have access to professional or artisan tools, can follow along. You also teach what to look out for and why. I only recently discovered your channel and am wondering where you've gone. Your channel is very valuable and I wish that you were out here teaching us more practical craftsmanship.

The first one is the best technique for people who don't have a proper place or tools to work with...like me. But, after creating a good path for the blade, you can't take the ruler and the clamps alway and continue cutting until the piece brakes apart on its on.

Of all the videos I've been looking for on working with acrylic, this is the clearest and most helpful. Huge thanks

I need to cut small hole of various geometric shaped into a thin acrylic sheet. The holes are meant to be place holders for various types of dice. Dont think any of these methods will work
@hamster30717 күн бұрын
Use a small drill bit first to make a hole then use the coping saw method

Why do you use wood or that long brown metal pipe to put on top of it when you clamp the plastic down?

Don’t worry, that thumbnail doesn’t make you look like every douche/cringe face, lemming moron on YT. Clearly looking like an idiot is more important then say, looking like an intelligent professional? 😂

I usually just deliver this stuff, I never work with it that often, but today I'm trying to make a custom piece for a barbecue with very minimum tools. I want to bend approximately a quarter of an inch around the sides of the sheet metal to make a lip. This video gave me some better thought for process wish me luck.

I just don’t see how conclusions can be made without full cure. My job uses urethane products and with those my testing showed that adhesion tests simply don’t work until “full cure” is attained. Maybe these products differ?

I just thought of something. Couldn’t you mix the liquids in bulk, then separate the mixture into tiny batches and then add the right amount of lime into each batch?
