I am bowled over by Cagnes sur Mer and the French really look after their beautiful buildings. It is so making me want to visit. I love the area you live in and am thinking of getting the train down there one day or maybe fly to Nice and explore from there? I’m going to Menton for 3 days in September it looks so beautiful. I’m staying on to in tne rue du vieux château… can you give me an idea of how long it takes to walk up there it’s near la cimetière I think , and it it steep I mean will I find it tiring. I loved both artworks and Matt definitely has an eye for art. He must get it from you and fun to have personal things in the home.

I love the terrace cooler and the sun is not good for you so high up and strong so will make sitting there so much better. Great simple idea which I love and can take down if needed. Clever. I wasn't sure at first and thought an umbrella would work but hope it is weather proof.
