We have a species of Mimosa here in Australia called Wattle and it’s one of my favourite trees that lets us know when spring has arrived! The flowers have such a beautiful, gentle fragrance. The moment I saw your first video I fell in love with you. Your relaxing way of speaking, your sweet little cutie always by your side, and beautiful France. You inspired me to involve my daughter into the planting seeds this year. I have never ever had a garden, and I think it will be great to take my kiddo with me to show her how you plant a green life =) I used to live in Russia, and there we had plenty of mimosa to buy from the stores as a flower. Here in Sweden where I live now, I never see it. Sadly the climate here is not good for it but I think I might still try it inside! I miss mimosa sooo much =)

I live in Northern California and we have the same trees, but we call them Acacia. They bloom in late January - early February. I love them too!! They are the first blossoming tree of the season. Thank you for your delightful videos!! A bien tot!

In Australia we call the tree Wattle. It can give you hayfever, but is very pretty. It grows everywhere here. I like the name Mimosa better than Wattle. 😍

Your recipe with spinach, cheese, and noodles….I have made a similar recipe with shell noodles for several years now. Not too often…very time consuming to make. I usually make it when we are having a lot of company staying over for a weekend. Covering it with sauce and sprinkling with grated cheese before it goes in the oven. Always a big hit with our guests. 👍🥰

I am amaized by the quiet and easy going way of life you present far from the crazy and hectic rythmes of the city, of any city in the world. Your videos transfer me to an imaginary era, take me away from everyday reality. I always wanted and still want to spent my later years in a village following the phases of the nature, hearing the sounds of the valleys, watching trees and plants blossom, as the seasons come and go. I am most impressed by the excellent preserved medieval village you and your family live surrounded by such a beautiful green. I love the cobbled and stone alleys. The views and the Mimosa are spectacular too! There are so many nooks and crannies everywhere. It must be so much fun to explore! Matt is having so much fun! It's great when kids want to garden and understand the cycles of the seasons. I hope his seeds can be transplanted into bigger containers later. It would be a joy to watch him harvest the bounty he planted all by himself. I remember your video from last year and the Fête du Citron. When you learn to make tarte au citron, please put it on your recipe channel! I would love to prepare and taste an authentic lemon pie! Spring in France is definitely YELLOW!
