Please what is the name of the tool used to loosen and tighten that needle for?. Where can I get it?

You have adjusted the neddle bar height, not the hook timing. Yes, this impacts the timing, but it is a separate adjustment that needs to be correct BEFORE adjusting the hook timing, which is done in the lower part of the machine, that drives the hook. You got lucky and it works...

I use manual black head sewing machine. I match the pedal but the machine moves very slowly making me feel tired even before I can finish a line. What should I do?
