Looks like the art of the fearless dragon is softer than water, and hopefully we will get to see how to kiss the Dragon ninjitsu makes shoaling Master honours of the "air bender"...I never knew until now

MMA is just known as technique stealing in the old ways. You'll be outcast from the best techniques and teachers while being seen as a traitor among the elite 😂. Even among top Judoka and boxers whose techniques cause the top competitors in UFC mouths to water are very guarded. You'll just be Another Ronda Lousy. I bet her Mom is ashamed She'd be loaned a tanto before she was ever offered tea.

I like these kind of videos, but the thing that they don't tell you in these is that when doing Qin Na, you should use the concept of internal martial arts which is: move yourself instead of your opponent. I can't just elbow lock a 200+ pound man and he moves towards me, I am the one that has to move. With the concept of moving yourself instead of the opponent, aïkido will make more sense to you.

These moves won’t help you burn fat. You gotta do high intensity cardio instead. These are just kung fu moves. So if you are not interested in chinese martial arts, dont waste your time. P.s.: i have no problem doing the horse stance 😂
