Shaolin monk Heng Jun demonstrates part of the majestic Shaolin Kung Fu's emperor's long-range form (taizu chang quan). This form was imported to Shaolin temple by the army commander and the first emperor of the Song dynaty, Zhao Kuangyin (927-976 AD), and was prfected by the monks.
you can learn this ancient form from the instructional videos of this channel.

My favorite form! I seriously, know like 14 different versions of it. One is a very rare closed door internal version that I have never seen elsewhere. Although there is an abridged version of it on youtube somewhere.
