Last time I played this and the gacha/lootbox equipment system turned me off the game. Was it still there in this playtest? What are your thoughts on it?

Has anyone bested your Falcon with ease? I played Super Mecha Champions. Hurricane in SMC used to be fast moving side to side. They nerfed it and it was appropriate. I just can't imagine how Falcon is balanced watching this lol. What do you think? Im guessing he has too much fuel. I mean he refuels so fast why give him that much outplay potential.

The movement in this game changes from Striker to Striker. Heavy Strikers remind me AC5, Light/Flyer Strikers remind me AC4A Melee Strikers remind me AC6

Falcon let's me relive my ACFA lightweight fantasy. I just wish Falcon had a teeny bit more damage so that heavies don't feel like bullet sponges

Amazing Falcon my dude. Though I do believe this is only possible with the amazing teammates you also have. Solo queue won't be as consistent and as godly as this I feel like since you cannot control the situation as well as a full stack would.

very valid point. i think if i were to make a guide on falcon i would have a disclaimer that the experience is different in stacks. I've had huge success even in 3 stacks with Falcon, and this is in to top 10 stacks in diamond+ lobbies (i'm not yet diamond cuz work keeps me busy ): )

Believe me he makes it look easy but in reality both Falcon and this player are exploiting mobility very well. But the automatic aiming must be very close, and at that distance there are mechas that will turn you into dust when they grab you.

Game looks fun but I wish they tone down the AI voice line. Personally I think something like a short beep/alarm-sound would suffice to tell your that "your weapon is not ready" and whatnot, hearing the same shitty voice line over and over drive me nut man.

@dogemaester good question! I'm really loving it for how competitive it is and how exciting the teams matches are. I kind of stopped caring about AC6 1v1, but I still love AC6 3v3 and plan to start doing more content for that when I'm done with Mecha Break! As for which is better or which I'm enjoying more, I'd probably lean towards Mecha Break, but playing AC6 on controller does make my life a lot better

@@RamenRook Right! Amazing gameplay btw. Definitely gonna try Falcon next time haha. Honestly, I keep loving this game more each time I boot it up. I think the hero shooter elements fit nicely with the mecha combat imo. Didn't realise it until I played it. I haven't played much AC6 PvP sadly. None of my friends were into it, so I just dropped it. Loved the singleplayer experience though. One question for you though, were you playing with a keyboard and mouse in this video then? How do you manage the slow turning rate in the aircraft form? It's kinda bit jarring having to move my mouse across the entire table to turn haha. Any tips for that? Ok, maybe another question too, if it's ok, what do you think of the modding in Mecha Break? I've heard that even if AC6 was teh simplest, it still had a lot of variables to consider. Do you think Mecha Break has that depth to its stats too?

@@dogemaester As for turning, I usually just bear with it if its truly necessary (i.e. i'm circling a grounded target) but if you need to do a 180 I recommend you just get out of flying form, do a quick 180, and re-enter flying form! also helps with EN management if you do that As for the mod system, I think it has a lot of potential to be extremely in depth, but we have not been given any access to higher tier mods. I believe once we start getting access to much bigger % changes, it will definitely cause a big difference and be worth the depth!

So far I'm loving the game, a little more polish and we're good. I'm currently using Falcon and Skyraider too, but man you were really popping them off. Hopefully the game will officially release later this year.

The 2nd match was more enjoyable for me than the 1st coz the enemy team actually knows how to play objective xD The 1st match was such a curbstomp, I wouldnt wanna be in their team against a Falcon like this

After playing the character right... Yeah nah the damage output is very high because the cooldowns are low. NEW MAIN

Both. Falcon is good, but only when you make it good. His team was also very great when it comes to suppressing the enemies and doing objectives. So he could focus on dealing damage without worrying too much about other things. Wouldn't it be really sad to see a Falcon standing still at objects if teammates can't do their role? Also, the enemies go down quickly because the team focus on targets one by one instead of spreading the damage out to multiple targets which give them chance to recover.

I've always loved the Shao Way. While people say the 3PM is directly better, I can't help but enjoy its consistent pressure capabilities at close-to-mid range. It sacrifices consistent mid-range power for raw, short-range aggression.

This would be great information... If matchmaking actually gave me a 3v3 match. 1v1s are fine, although I faced the same 4 guys several times depending on the rank. It sucks because I wanna take my Coral Courier into it and see how it fares in a 3v3 environment.

Yeah matchmaking is dead, this video is meant for coordinated (playing in VC with your friends) kind of 3v3. You are more than welcome to join the Armored Scrims server in the description of the video! We play 3v3s all the time and its been a blast lately (pun intended)
