Ok, the thing about "chai tea" and "naan bread" is that Pavitr is not correct when saying "naan bread" is like saying "bread bread." For example, when someone says "naan bread", you most likely won't think of sangak, which is a type of bread made in Iran. Saying "naan bread" is basically saying "The type of bread they make in India." (note that this is mostly just me saying shit, so take it with a grain of salt)
