You gave material list at beginning of video you wrote the lengths on the endgrain of the 2x4s and it's easy to see how everything goes together the size of the sheet material is determined by the size of the frames what's so hard to understand here? I think I'll use 3/4"lumber for the frames of the wings i think 2x is overkill i ordered from Amazon a set of four twenty inch brackets just need to think about how to make the wings perfectly inline with the bed of the saw which is 3.5" high use some washers to shim the brackets vertical or horizontal or consider a way to micro adjust oh and one more thing don't waste possible storage space underneath use wet/dry vac on wheels or better yet dust collection.

Suggestion if you plan to install the cleat wall in one piece. Cut the bottom of your plywood wall at 45 degrees. Install a leveling cleat on your 2 x 4s. Rest the wall in the cleat then nail it. Use the resting cleat for more walls.

Thanks for posting. I ended up building this cart to accommodate my 24" diameter kamado in redwood & doug fir. I beefed up the bottom shelf to support to heavier grill.
