I just built one of the same, it came out great. Use good screws and bit, tell the guy at home depot what your making and maybe you might show him the picture of the stand, but he has to give you special screws , cheap one don't work consider that the wood is very condensed.

I built one when I watched the tutorial from The Rehab Life. It's super easy! It was my first "big" build. I ended up using pipes for the legs to give it a little more height and it looks way better.
