If I didn’t keep postponing and ultimately canceling my LSAT, I may have been in class with this guy. I’m in Vegas and had intended to go to Boyd School of Law at UNLV. I’m about 5 years older than him and got a bit discouraged.

I’m 48, finishing paralegal certification this year. I’ve found studying law fascinating. I want to go to law school. Find the LSAT intimidating and procrastinated on studying and signing up. I do want this. I will do it this year and apply to schools. I live in California and plan to stay here. I’m still exploring the different fields in law. I know that all the different experiences I’ve had will help me in law. Trying not to think too much about my agep, and think that I would at least have another 20 years to work in law

@HoosierDaddyActual4 ай бұрын
@@saintmatthew2634 I was already working as an operations director, so it was natural to keep working in that. Gradually I moved into a full legal position. The ops knowledge was a big key to that. BTW, there were students in their late 60s in my LS class. One key that might benefit you is to work in a fed or state govt position as a lawyer for 2-3 years, then you'll be a desired hire by companies regulated by that regulator.

Hi. I visited your KZfaq channel and found it needs a lot of updates. First of all your channel video SEO is very weak due to which your channel video views are not increasing. If you do SEO then your video will come first in the search list and your video views and subscribers will increase.

About how long would a case take if a semi ran a red light and totaled a car? Two occupants in the car. Driver had a lot of bruises and hurt ribs and passenger had hurt leg. No broken bones and no blood shed at all but driver had rib pain for 3 years after wreck
@ZindaDavis Жыл бұрын
Hi Lisa, great question. First, a quick disclaimer, nothing in this reply should be construed as legal advice nor does it initiate the attorney client privilege. You should reach out to talk to an attorney for specifics on your case. But in general, the amount of time a case takes varies widely. We've had semi-truck cases finish as quickly as 2 months and can last over 2 years or longer in rare circumstances. What matters is that there are things happening to push the case. The lawyer working on it needs to make sure they are putting enough time into it to ensure it resolves as efficiently as possible without settling 'short' or for less than the case is worth. There are other factors that play a part such as where the case occurred and how reasonable the trucking company or their insurer is in the process. If you want to discuss your specific case feel free to reach out and we can set up a fee consultation. I hope that helps. Good luck. Jack Zinda
