Summary: 1) get moving: gives energy and boosts mood. If you lack motivation, do something with low intensity, or commit to just 5 mins to motivate yourself to start. 2) detach from your work: if you cannot do it now, no point in getting distracted by your upcoming tasks. 3) feed your curiosity: books, podcasts, audiobooks, documentaries, whatever works for you. 4) creative projects: great way to detach your mind from work + can help you get better jdeas for other areas of your life 5) connect with others (family, friends etc): you need to put in time and effort to keep up with relationships, and you can do so in the evening. 6) plan your next day, set intentions and goals, reflect on what you learnt from today.

I had a running yt channel during the year of 2022, it never went particularly far, only gaining about 40 subs and 50 to 100 per video over 25 videos. Even thought on paper my channel didn't amount to anything note-worthy but that was the most creatively fulfilling year of my life. I ended up deleting the channel because of my own personal turmoil. I thought I needed a new start, which still hasn't happen yet. I still have hope, which I think is good. 10/10 video, your on point ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Right now I struggle with doing things i know I want to do. I've read some of books but they make me either empty or disheartened because in comparison life becomes so mundane and meaningless. It's hard for me to transform the knowledge within the read to real life that would feel meaningful enough to make me satisfied and reinforce positive action. And don't even bother thinking I can just share my experience with a book with anyone and feel good about it personally, when people are not interested because they have no idea what I'm saying. Let's be honest people only read books right now to either be more attractive to realize ulterior motives or expect to find a piece of wisdom that will change their perspective to find novelty, purpose or meaning in mundane grind... or because they feel insecure about their intelligence, the ability to survive in society. I'm also afraid to invest myself in any physical activity because I'm afraid people are going to perceive me as "He does it to be attractive because he's lonely and horny recluse, hes only good at training body so he's stupid and unreliable". I would like to feel the a certain atmosphere, feeling the gentle and chilly wind, not being restrained by physical realm yet being a part of it. It's not laziness or lack of discipline, it's fear of being rejected society leading to surviving in a world where they are against you in this cruel world and to feel real connection with someone is just a mirage.

Hello ! I liked the video But personally I really struggle to do anything in the evening Because I leave my internship between 6:30 and 7 pm, arrive home around 7:15 pm, make diner and clean the appartement, my boyfriend arrives around 8 pm from his internship, then we have diner, shower, and soon it’s 9 pm Then it’s too late to do anything…. I don’t really want to go for a run after eating and showering… and I can’t go before eating before I’m too hungry and I have to prepare dinner for when my boyfriend arrives So yeah… if you have any tips, let me know !

Hi! 🌼 @solene6858 Are you getting enough sleep? It looks like your household is working long hours and the way to make the most of your after work hours might be to focus on sleep hygiene after you eat, give yourself enough wind down time without screens etc…so that you’re clocking real hours of sleep. It could be that your bodies are craving rest so the time you may feel like you’re wasting is your body partially shutting you down to snatch the rest it needs. After considering sleep, being open to the idea of windows of time for your personal goals. If you’ve got 10 minutes to read, that’s far improved from zero. Or what have you. The busier work is can make it difficult to plan in moments for yourself. I found that’s when linking it to an existing habit helps. 10min workout before the normal shower time. Read while drinking coffee… cheers! Big love, stay happy and take good care of you

Hello sir, Nice to see your content you are really doing well❤ . I am a video editor but here I notice video editing part …video editing can convert your content to Next Level and Viral💥 if your videos look attractive then you can get huge engagement and convert your revenue/channel growth 5x more. I also do Thumbnails design, Video SEO and I am a video editor. If your say then I will do for it with 100% satisfaction, its not video editing it about telling a story about your self business or may be the world around in today's everyone try to tell there own story but sometimes words are not enough and the come video editing and I am also able to provide a Sample🎬. So can I ?

Thank you so much. I also believed I won't be able to be fluent in English ever in my life time but later I proved myself wrong that it's not true. I know I can. I can say I am not great at speaking like you but I know already I have improved a lot. Your video just remembered my previous self and now I look at myself i really made it possible for me. Fom the mind of impossibility to possibility. A mind now believed anything is possible even it's not turns out the way it should be it's still okay at least I get to learn from it. I learn to be okay with not being okay sometimes. I get to see myself from your explaining yourself. 😊 Have a great time😇.

What’s a long period of time re focus? Said rather ambiguously. Most people can’t really do more than 45 mins of intense focus. Even the author of Deep Work Cal Newport only does 90mins per stint, with a daily total of about 4 hours.
