I tried iron supplements, instead of making it better I feel it made it even worse. Yes, there is risk of vascular disease & clots with transdermal! And definitely with Mirena coil. I'm going through severe vascular issues in my legs & feet due to the Estradiol patch 0.025 & I'm on micronized progesterone USP capsule vaginally inserted at bedtime. I've been on HRT 11 months & symptoms started at month 6. Never had these issues before HRT. Very scary & now spending money on emergency room visits & doctors visits to get help!!
