@idkwayta1722 In the terminals in Halo 3, the Forerunners were a group of early humans that were uplifted by the Precursors. That would explain why there were humans that had advanced technology while others were still primitive.

nothing beats a good Halo 3 Co-Op Legendary campaign where neither player lets the other progress.. you're just killing each other over and over in Sierra 117.. or starting a war, army of two (no pun intended) against the entire UNSC in Crows Nest.. and then there's the amount of hours you'd spend in Forge mode to create the most chaotic Custom Game maps

heroic is considered the closest to canon, and it's kinda disappointing that even this isn't enough to demonstrate the raw power of plasma weaponry, but it would be aboring game if they just 1 shot everyone. Literally the only reason for a health bar is for falling and their own weapons.

It doesn't matter because it isn't canon. Cortana could have easily fixed her own code. It was just woke bullshit to make her crazy so they could insert a woke fugly to replace Cortana. Then they wondered why all true Halo fans hated her and refused to bond or care what happens to her.

I had a theory back in the day that "Forerunner" was actually the title that the species which had the mantle obtained, so when the original Forerunners passed thw mantle to humanity, they become the new Forerunners and that was the reason the 343 GS calls chief FR.

Fun fact even as far back as Halo 2 some of the control panels in the library have handprints with six fingers. One of the things that really solidified the Didact being a real forerunner in H4 was the fact that he had six fingers.

If Bungie would have solidified their lore they would have never had this issue. I know some people hate that forerunner and humans are different but im glad they went this way and im glad 343 solidified the lore finally.

I've always thought that Science Fiction was one of the factors that accelerated technology advancements the most. Every sci-fi work has shared a vision, an ideal of what technology could do. And when the right minds have the vision, they can make that vision a reality.

Yeah, the legendary Story Bible was either not adhered to, modified, or wasn’t as extensive as purported. I reserve the right to reject pretty much every Halo game after CE (with the exception of Reach, because the gameplay was great) & any of the novels not written by Nylund. They ruined the potential of the story set up with CE. It started with 2 & demystified the Covenant. Hated The Arbiter being playable. Guilty 343 also made allusions to knowing MC & potential time travel paradoxes. It’s a shame where they actually took it.

I remember that Cliff Hanger ending.... I still remember the night I beat the game and my reactions to it all 🤣🤣🤣 I was 14... I remember the moment when it ended and how pissed off I was in the heat of the moment 😂😂 And I strongly remember that Epiphany I had when I realized the ending meant there was a Halo 3 in the works. Just saying the words Halo 3 when you just finished Halo 2 sounded absolutely Mythical at the time. Then 3 Years Later ....

While I agree the Humans being surviving Forerunners is a pretty cool idea, I still do love what 343 did with them. It’s even revealed that the Precursors intended Humans to hold the Mantle Of Responsibility, only for the Forerunners to take it themselves, I like that they were flawed and arrogant, and in the end they did sacrifice themselves so that Humanity could inherit what they left behind and one day hold the Mantle, and to make sense of inconsistencies like Guilty Spark and Mendicant Bias thinking the Humans are Forerunner, maybe it could be just these old machines either updated to think Humans are, or their programming is messed up that they mix up the idea that Humans are the Reclaimers of the Forerunner legacy and think Humanity are Forerunners, and I like to think Chief does have a gaess of Bornsteller, thus Spark mistakes Chief for Bornsteller.

First time playing ODST i hated it , it's was not chief but when u actually dive deep into the game and give it a try... Ihhh boy this game delivers. One of the best and memorable gaming experience I've had, u can't not LOVE the game if u are a gamer
