Hi. Thank you for sharing this video. Btw you are beautiful! I have a quick question for you.. do you know if anyone can buy these? Even if you’ve never had surgery? I still have both of my breast, but they are very very small and I’m so insecure because of them. (i’ve already had breast implants but they went awfully wrong I had them removed years ago) I buy padded bras but they are so uncomfortable and hot. And I can’t wear them with tank tops and such. Do you have any recommendation for a website that I could visit and shop for these types of breast enhancements? Thanks so much for your time.

Found this video after a search about swimwear for an aesthetic flat closure. I am two months out from my double mastectomy and I am wondering if you have found a solution for the shaped pads that dent or look misshaped in swimsuits.

I am opting out of 2 weeks of radiation and hormone blocker meds. I value my quality of life. As of 4 months ago, I am not taking hormone therapy. There is still too much not known by the oncology medical field, and a womens quality of life is being dismissed! All my labs are positive. I had a lumptectamy on 5/23/24.

While I was not flat denied I feel like I had too much taken out during my afc. I have sections that appear concaved, dips, pits, etc especially in different angles and light. When I’m standing up straight with perfect posture it’s less noticeable but when I lay down on my back or bend forward that’s when I really notice it. I’ve had moments of anger, frustration, regrets especially around my choice around taken care of the potential dog ear areas in my under arm area. Maybe I should of just had the closure and waited to see if/how my side area would have looked. Could plastic surgeon just removed it later with lipo? The closure also left me with some mobility issues I’m still working on. I’m just trying to remind myself of the positives that cancer is gone, I’m still alive, and I get to see my son continue to grow.

Over time I feel that I’ve adapted to my shapes and dips. There’s some sadness always but I’m proud mostly that I haven’t had to hide my body out of shame. I wear it boldly, knowing there are lots of us out there.

I was diagnosed with DCIS in February 2024, had a double mastectomy March 2024, the biopsy of the mastectomy showed it had developed into invasive cancer, and then with further testing my cancer is Her2 positive. No one expected this, no doctors, not me. I am grateful for my doctors and the treatment that I am on and I am hopeful for a positive outcome.

I think it’s amazing that you are starting a breast cancer podcast. Each person has a unique experience down this road when it comes to the diagnosis, treatment, healing process, what worked what didn’t, pain management, diet, prosthetics, foobs, bras, garments, etc. the list just goes on and on and it’s great to share the good and bad so it can help someone else make a decision, look further into a topic, or try something new. I’m only 6 months out from my smx due to DCIS and I still have soooooo many questions. So you just keep on talking and I/we will keep on listening ❤

Empowering to be flat? I think it’s just calling attention to oneself. That’s just very strange to me. I will be having a double mastectomy in 3 days and having reconstruction, I could never ever go flat. I want to feel and look like a woman, it’s the way I was made and the way I’ll stay.

Thank you for the video I took a anastrazole for 6 months. It gave me terrible joint pain. We gave it a few breaks even tried every other day still joint pain. I was taking a lot of supplements that you have recommended beforehand so we took a 2 week break and now I'm starting letrozole this week and the pharmacist said some people don't have as much joint but a bit more hot flashes. I would rather have a few hot flashes than joint pain. I'm hoping this one will be more tolerable. I added tart cherry and turkey mushroom you recommened to my regimen recently. What do you do for the nerve pain? It's been about 9 months since my surgery and my nerves are regeneratingand I'm starting to have more shooting nerve pain at times. Im taking magnesium. does anything else work better

Sorry to hear that it’s been a struggle. For me the nerve pain went away, but if it continues, there’s an app with some self hypnosis techniques that is shown to help a lot. Dr Seigal at Stanford created it. It’s called “Reveri”.

I have a growth on my left nipple and my right nipple has become completely inverted from the age of 30-current 38 and has light discharge that comes out if it. My doc. Is not my fave and really hard to be vulnerable with but she checked both and said they didnt look great. Since then the left with the growth has gotten 100% bigger and 100% more uncomfortable. Also left is always hard and darker and right is lighter and will never be hard again...im terrified of doctors after years of being manipulated gas lighted not listened to disrespected and un cared for. I will go to get all official tests once i get over my fear cuz im scared enuf to do it and terrified enuf to not want to know but love my family and dont want to let them down and i dont want to die. Is it strange that thet is both happening and extremely progressing all the sudden? Im too scared to look at real life breast cancer pictures online....????

I’m so sorry, Gina. I relate to your fear, but I watched my mom die of breast cancer recently and I want you to know that this is no light matter. It is a powerful disease and the more quickly you act, the more choices you may have for how your body will look and feel later. I urge you to find a doctor that others trust in your area and get those scans asap. Facebook groups on breast cancer can be super helpful in finding good local docs! My own local group is called Oregon Breast Cancer Support Group. Maybe your state also has one like this? If you need to be referred by your GP/PCP, don’t worry-they won’t be the one you are going to be working with. There will likely be oncologists from here on out. Here’s my video on that: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/f7x9aZuFld3YiI0.htmlsi=x7czTmqQ1-KHWpEs

Thirty two years ago, I developed Paget's disease of the breast that required a mastectomy to cure it. My pathology report showed that all of my milk ducts were filled with high grade DCIS. Also, there were many areas of necrosis and several areas where the DCIS had started to break through the duct walls. The rash on my areola and the discharge from my nipple caused by the Paget's disease saved my life.

Having a bilateral mastectomy in two days, no reconstruction. Your videos have been a source of inspiration and information, thank you. It hasn’t been a pleasant journey so far, and I don’t expect that recovery from surgery will be any fun either. But I will eventually be fine. Lucky I guess to have a rare, more slow growing type of cancer, still a lot of unknowns.

In case it hasn’t been mentioned, you’ll be fine. I had a mastectomy a month ago tomorrow. Ever a bit of pain, never!! I had some “ zingers” as my Dr calls them. Just nerve endings, and lasted all of 4 seconds. No big deal. The biggest pain was showering with the drains in, but they never hurt, even getting them out. His nurses said to me, “ you’re going to be surprised how good you’ll feel”. I said, yeah, right! Sarcasm! They were 100% right. Relax, but I know it’s hard, trust me, I know. You’re going to be fine. Good luck! I’ll be thinking of you.❤️

Hi Kathleen, I live in South Africa. The sun is always shining here and there is always the risk of developing skin cancer if you have a light skin. I developed a growth on the lower eye lid of my right eye. I do not know if it is cancer or just a benign growth but I went on a high nutrition diet for about two months and the growth have shrunk noticeably. I would like to share the diet with you. The soup Ingredients: - two handfuls of Chopped broccoli, one chopped onion (purple), two bags of green tea, two pinches of mixed herbs, two sticks of cut celery, Two handfuls of frozen and crushed spinach or kale, half a table spoon of crushed garlic, Three shakes of black pepper, seven shakes of turmeric, two tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), one bag of white onion powder soup for flavour, a hand full of cooked red speckled beans and a handful of cooked mince meat. Just add all the ingredients in a pot, add boiling water and switch the stove on high till the water boils. Then lower the heat until the water simmer, Let the soup simmer for an hour. The soup is now ready. I would only drink water in the morning. At 12h00 I would start eating the soup. There will be about two helpings that you can eat in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. I also ate a fruit salad every day in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. (Note: Apparently turmeric reduces the effect of some chemotherapy drugs and thus should not be taken during chemotherapy.) During the rest of the week I would also eat food that contains vitamin D like avocado’s, mushrooms, liver and eggs in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. It seems to be working for me, maybe it will also work for you. I pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ that you will be cancer free. Amen. I would also like to share the following six videos with you about salvation and two videos about evolution: Evolution vs. God kzfaq.info/get/bejne/q8mPipyH2eCuYHU.html DESTROYING Evolution In Under 3 Minutes kzfaq.info/get/bejne/qb2VlrOo17faYpc.html Watch the Holy Spirit Work in Her Heart (Very Moving) kzfaq.info/get/bejne/n6h1oqxj2pzPeX0.html Fearing The Lord, God’s Discipline & Sharing The Gospel kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mquDaLqIm5yxoqM.html A Clear Gospel Presentation by Pastor Steven Anderson - How to go to Heaven kzfaq.info/get/bejne/f751mLCIqN7dooU.html The Plan of Salvation kzfaq.info/get/bejne/htObm7V-tdzYj2Q.html How to Get Saved kzfaq.info/get/bejne/l9CHl86m29i4Zqc.html The Truth About Hell (Selected Scriptures) kzfaq.info/get/bejne/d7yqlcuQybLVY6c.html Best regards Chris “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life”.
