Your movement is like a fucking 12 year old kid Your kicks are very low, the speed is low.....the force is also gonna be low. Way lot of time between even movement. Also did alot of unnecessary movement. Train harder

Move your back foot toe back more. You want your toe pointing backward and your butt facing your opponent when you do a side kick. Then raise your knee up and kick them with your heel.
