No when u cast someone known as one of the most beautiful women (Anna de armas) for a character that has never really been praised for her beauty (Sasha) u are giving a superficial vibe to the whole thing... I mean not everyone has to be attractive, there are a lot of average looking but phenomenal actors out there

Really impressive choices, I can totally see most of these actors playing the roles really well! Especially Dane Dehaan as Levi. But I don't know about Lou Wegner for Armin. I think someone even softer-looking would be necessary. Lou is a little too square-jawed and "conventionally-attractive-high-schooler" for me. Armin is extremely timid for a lot of the show, and I think both for his character and for his looks, someone much smaller, softer-looking, nerdier, and even weaker-looking would be more appropriate for Armin. I think Joe Serafini or Sean Giambrone would fit better.
