Great question and thank you for the kind words! So I’ve used the 11 and 13 extensively, particularly the 13 every day for at least a couple hours. No issues with headaches, no discomfort (if I manually turn down the brightness in a dark room), and no problems with fatigue. I’m not rubbing my eyes or anything like that. It’s been totally fine with me, but you may have a different experience. I’d suggest you buy directly from Apple or Bbuy, somewhere with a no hassle return in case you have issues. Have a nice weekend and hope you find/like your new iPad.

So this may be not be for everybody, but unless it's a stainless or an ultra apple watch (both of which have a sapphire crystal display) I will put a screen protector on it. I like the clear tempered glass or clear PET plastic film. Both of which I'm sure degrade the original image quality but not to my eye. My thought is I do not want to scratch such an expensive item. Also, I don't use a screen protector on a MacBook because I don't touch the screen. But I'm also careful not to touch the screen. Hope this helps and thanks for the questions!

Looking back on it now fronts were 40-50% judging by the amount the piston compressed. And it was done in the dark because, well, telling my mom to get there early is a bit of a challenge… I was just picking my batles😉

I always use a trackpad and palm rest cover, I just haven't found a good one yet for this color. It just prevents the palm rest and trackpad from showing wear. I remove it when trading in or selling. The computer looks brand new minus the oil wear on the keyboard. I see the midnight color readily available on amazon.

Working well do far. My son is using it to stream games via OBS/capture card. Just added a usb c port via motherboard connector and rear port. Getting ready to make a video on that. So far, good quality parts. Minus customer service telling me they use a generic picture and it doesn’t have a usb c port, it’s been just fine. All games he plays at 1080p are smooth with high settings.

@@The_Bearded_Warrior It depends, we got this as a starter for 699 during prime days, for the price it is fair. This was a good value for the price, but if you're spending $1k on up, then you can get a higher specd video card, just depends where you look. I also check bbuy open box especially during sales. Sale price plus the open box discount on the sale price make it a good deal too.

Yes, the USBs and gigabit ethernet port work. Keep in mind that this will be USB 2.0 speeds because of the age of the Thunderbolt Display. As long as the drives are formatted, yes, they'll show up in the Files app.

The bbuy prices do match amazon most of the time. For me, it's mostly about the 60 day return and extra warranty for the items I buy. Sometimes, higher priced returns at amazon are 2+ weeks until you get your refund (at least my experience).

From the articles I've read, it looks like all CPUs. According to Intel, motherboard manufacturers are giving the CPU too much power. But it sounds like Intel is extending warranties for all the CPUs affected. I originally thought it was only the core i7 and i9 13th and 14th gen, but it's all from what I last read.

@momanddadmeetworld Are you planning on getting a new CPU for this PC? Or are you gonna play the CPU lottery and hope you didn't get a defective CPU. That's what I'm doing right now lol, since I have the i5 13400f and i dont want to upgrade to another Intel chip or switch to AMD as that requires a whole new mobo and reinstalling windows. So far my pre built never had a problem with this CPU and I had it since April 2024 Edit: after more research, people are a saying only CPUs with the raptor lake architecture is affected by it, and the i5 13400f can come in both raptor lake architecture or alder lake. 12th gen CPUs used alder lake architecture and people are saying the i5 13400f is basically a 12th gen rebranded. i5 13400f do come in raptor lake but they are a bit more rare and harder to come by. So the vast majority of people should be using alder lake architecture, which is safe, according to alot of people on reddit lol. I got conflicting answers but all I know is my CPU seems to be doing good as no problems have risen

I would agree, I used a traditional C clamp for years until it rusted out on me. I bought one of these a couple years ago and have been using it ever since for brakes.

Buttery smooth with Windows 11 and day to day tasks. I'm using the computer with a 32" lg running at 2560 by 1440 at 120Hz, so very fluid. Games are fine on high settings at 1080p. More and you have to turn quality down to maintain frame rate or upgrade the video card. But I'm more than happy with 1080p.

I like the wishlist! eSIM has been on mine and many people’s wishlist for years. Maybe with their new in-house designed modems, that might be true one day. I think back on it and should have kept my 16 M1Max. That display is so nice!

@@chp19711971 You got the better configuration (they seemed the same) but the one we got has 0 usb c ports. The picture showed 1 at the top of the case. But that's usb a. These usb c 3.2 pci e cards are a little pricey even on amazon and they take up a slot. Hmmm. In a bit of a quandary. Customer support has replied back about this and amazon's return process takes while for bigger/pricier items... Don't know what we'll do yet- gotta think it through.

Yes, it should support this T7 2tb with usb C. Ensure that the drive is formatted to APFS so the phone will recognize the drive. Note it will transfer at usb 2.0 speeds up to 480mbps with the iPhone 15 and 15 plus.

Greetings from the United States! I have used two PZ lens, the 16-36PZ and 16-50 APS-C PZ, and both have worked very well. You can set the sensitivity of the wheel to very sensitive or not very sensitive. You can zoom either very quickly or very slowly (or somewhere in between). Hope this helps and have a wonderful day!

An overnight charge and reset should have done it for you. If you’re by an Apple store, run it in and they can check it out without them charging you. You never know, it might still have a warranty if it needs a new battery.

@@momanddadmeetworld I just got it a few hours ago so I have only own if for about 3 hours so maybe it’s not enough charge in it. So it’s been in charge for about hour and half now.

According to Apple directly form their tech specs page, it says it supports up to 2 external (up to 6k) displays. So even if you have the correct number of ports. I don't think it would support 3 external displays without the 3 Thunderbolt display controllers. M1 Max chips says they support 4 displays, and I'd be confident that your setup would work with the Max chip. M1 Pro's will get 2 Thunderbolt displays to work. Hope this helps.

So the RFID & Transponders are a matched pair as best I know and have to be done at factory to best of my knowledge. I have had keys replaced via AAA when my dad lost his Honda Civic keys and they came out and made him a key and remote on the spot but I think that requires specific shop level hardware. It can take 2-3 attempts to get the new remote to pair if your timing is off so give it a couple try's. It sounds like you need to order a new key fob and program that fob to your vehicle, this is exactly what we did in the video. You can do that before you try to physically put them together. They do not need to be in same housing to work.

Thats a great question. You should be able to lock and unlock your doors manually with key by using it in lock and turning it and holding it for 1-2 seconds. If you look at the 5 min. mark in the video there is a small black part I point out may be the transponder. That is what I believe works in tandem with your laser cut key. The Key itself is cut to the car via the vin. number so all your doors & ignition match at factory. The transponder is paired to your cars PC separately from your actual fob/remote. What I am doing is pairing a new fob. That is why I had to Frankenstein the new keyfob to the old harware. Each car can only remember so many key fobs before you have to have honda reset it. AAA also will pair a new standalone fob if you loose your key for example. Best service I ever got my dad lol.
