Something else to consider, people in other countries have property on book with perceivable deeded ownership, paperwork lost in satchel, who don't know the location of property. The zoning notice intent is to find the original owner. It's not to build anything, especially not anything mechanically incorrect and not to the owners advantage, which is what we see with some of the builds, laundering the money through their professional sports career, investing it in a hedge fund of pretty much only stolen assets that might be duplicate representation of value in the markets and built in a way that erodes at the bodily integirty of the main mechanics. You will see this on a property built at an angle and not the standard lower littorol consistent with the Marshal accord in thee US, built on convex corner concept or pivot shift concept with the advantages to the decision maker of stolen ownership that stole thee US investors position in the deal, incorrectly as they are to be technical assistance or technical communication assistance on other matters but have stolen the build decision making with intent of shifting mechanics.

When looking at pro building or growth concepts types, one must critically analyze with observation on matters of war profiteering, on concept of undermining US mechanics and on concept of assumptive identity origin. The ones similarly that are against growth, not your usual show up every now and never kinds, but thee ones we see working on thee matter ... Again, we have to consider assumptive identity concepts of trying to establish an identity in the US. My observation has been thee technical kinds oftentimes are trying to maintain control of their assets, but people have no ideas how mechanical and intensively these people work in the pursuit of these activities when, moving from place to place of places that are expanding. If you've lived in more than one place in a time of growth you will see the same concepts over and over when it comes to the dynamics. Which includes the building of projects that were never agreed upon from the original transaction by the person whom originally held the property for more than a few decades.

With that said, efficiently resorting recreation and large tract space to thee county program which typically already has the equipment to maintain, while leaving tiny park and monument art to the city seems of reasonableness.

What we figured out is people don't want to pay the taxes of maintenance, however do want the balance of space well situated, designed, and easy to use. I think the days of building everything for the kids is a poorly thought out concept, now that I'm an adult. I have also observed people with assumptive identities in thee US try and use their technical communication assistance mission to forward xatholisicm design parks at interval space concept repacked into different verbiage that sounds like concepts of land use balance. This might be a concept to balance thee building permit theft ring concept based on stolen tracts of land protected in trust accounts or corporations, stealing them from the owner or swindling them from the guarantor through domestic hostaging, something observed often in other countries as it pertains to US ownership in the US or foreign ownership of domestic land on concept of a stable market. Basically in the international pool, there are bistaging and mistreatment matters at other agencies in other countries that suggest thee dynamic when they find the person near death in a hotel somewhere else. Common contract fraud based on the mechanics of the Marshal Accord, incline finding a worship holder in a different country at night with no safety and asked to sign a four inch thick contract for their safety, also known as a hotel room they booked weeks earlier. This separate concept, not only undermines the individual's holding ownership in the property in the US, but undermines the perceivable stability of the US market both in concept of REIT and balance of stock safety as well as the perception of thee safety of thee dollar. It occured when watching currency fluctuations in thee currency market that these types of theft could have a more intense undermining of the US intent.

In matters of recreation space expansion. We all too frequently see people misuse public space paid for by taxes that people don't want to pay. In the 80's when I did a survey and interview perceptions of community design. I discussed how I felt there should be more places to play sports and less spaces for parks, where either bossy people are or creepy people. I did however prefer a small park in a space that was interesting, a place to observe or a place that people who truly enjoyed and maintained the mechanics of park lifestyle could exist, the lost at liberty could find safety, and the weary could find solace, freely within thee concept of freedom to exist. Most said they liked seeing large tracts of land, so they could feel free. They liked having forest space to observe thee light though the trees. What I found was interesting after living other places, is the farmers market within a forrest space for the community, utilizing the walking trails with pods of venders every mile +/-. Decades later, I've seen everything from people trying to call turf on the special tiny park that exists in appreciation to people trying to claim thee community tract of land while working at liberty from their uniform home countries location, while operating in thee US either on disability in their home country or on vacation engaging in war profiteering, also known as a cult.

Anecdotally, I find these conclusions to have been true in my case. Group rides also tend to be scheduled, and subject to negotiation, because of people's work schedules or conflicts with other popular group rides. I think that leads to people needing a specific type of workout that they are not going to get with a group ride. My local cycling community is small enough, that some people will get their feelings hurt over your choices. It's okay to balance being self serving, with being nice.

its tough... i've often thought the same thing, but at the end of the day kids are riding bikes which is great for cycling. I think a little bike control, holding your lines would go a long way. Getting out of the saddle and swinging your bike from side to side out of every corner gets super dangerous, and its a trend ive seen with some juniors. it was glaringly obvious in that race though, 2/3rds of the field were probably juniors. haha

Nice finish Rob. At least I finished upright. Wish I could have given a shot at the sprint, but with the crash to the far right everyone behind you swung left and I had to take to that grass area you can see on 00:49 on the left.
