So I’m getting into starting my own business. I saw one of these and was able to get it from a guy for just 150$. I’m basically going to have to take it apart and replace/clean everything I can! Would you PLEASE make a follow up video for this video on how to PROPERLY adjust the door if it is out of adjustment or in my case, the Kubota dealer installed a polycarbonate door glass just like this one and screwed the door adjustment up BAD. I have had it back to the dealer twice to fix the door adjustment but each time it just comes back to me worse! Thanks!

@@AmeriRentEquipment The door would only latch in the up position on the left side and there was a LOT of clearance for the door to rattle around in the up position. Today, the Kubota dealer sent out a field technician and we tried adjusting the up stops which seemed to help a lot. What perplexes me is that there apparently is no lock nut to set the up stops in the new adjusted position and they rattle when the machine is in use. As far as I could see, there were no lock nuts or anything to set the up rubbers stops to hold their position. Are there suppose to be? Or do those stops just sit there loose like that? Doesn't seem right.

@@AmeriRentEquipment The door would not latch in the up position on both sides. I watched this video today which gave me some ideas. The Kubota field technician met me at the work site and we adjusted the up stops. They were way out of adjustment. The door works better now but the up stop rubber bumpers apparently have not lock nut or mechanism to hold them in the new adjusted position. Is this normal???

@@wrfarms9741 Yes there should be lock nuts that push against the ceiling once the rubber boots are set in place to lock them and keep from moving.

Excellent instructional video. Thank you for producing it. If you don't break the original glass before hand like was shown in this video, how do you separate the tempered glass pane from the frame? Do you just slide your knife between the two?

Hi I bought one of these and hooked it up and not making pressure. I checked the 6 valves all seem fine. Pulled cover and pump is spinning. 0 pressure. Any suggestions appreciated

Yes it very likely has something to do with the unloader, probably needs replaced.

Hey, I have a magnum 4000 gold series. Followed this video and my flame is probably 15 ft tall. Real strong jet type stream. Also when the coils are over the burner it's not igniting just completly flooding the burn chamber with diesel. Soaking through 2 replacement insulation pads. Is the check "snap valve" in my fuel nozzle gone ? Can you recommend the correct size fuel nozzle ? Thanks.

My job got one of these and it's been nothing but problems constantly blowing o-rings and fixing leaks. The switch for the burner lasted 3 days before it rattled itself apart. They upgraded to the hose reel and the hose going from the machine to the reel blew out of the factory supplied crimp end about a foot from my face. Lastly the solenoid for the electric start didn't work right out of the pallet. Customer service and support is not the best and do not follow up so be ready to follow up for yourself.

I'm finding the Airtag is still making sounds after completing this process (it is significantly quieter) hence I suspect this isn't a speaker and likely more of a resonator.

Yes very faint sound got to put the airtag real close to your ear , putting both airtags in my vehicles with alien tape tucked away no one will find these.

I have had great luck with my sy16c, added hydrolic thumb, and a receiver hitch to the blade to pull the dump trailer around as i fill it with logs

I feel like I’m having same issues… getting fuel to the injectors but cranks to battery dies.. noticed the fuel stop sensor was acting goofy getting stuck… sometimes works sometimes have to pull it out manually.. wonder if I’m having same issue

Got it to start then it looses fuel pressure somehow and shuts off
