Wow. This left me feeling amazing. The ball adds so much to the stretches. I like these better than yoga because I feel supported and a deeper stretch ❤. Thank you 🙏🏻

I'm new subscriber I would love to shrink my arms and tone them , flat my stomach , burn the inner thigh fat I have a little that it bothers when I walk all my jeans get damage from that area.. I'm into crossfit but I don't see no change 😕 for what I want for my body. Yes I'm getting stronger but not in a feminine way like my waist and stomach are not shrinking. My arms are getting bigger when I wanted skinny arms but they have us do to much weights and push-ups. My lower body it's not growing its shrink my inner thigh fat it's still not gone it's worst. I was size 4 on jeans and medium on shirts. I was looking to get that hour glass figure but didn't get that.

This is the same workout my old teacher used to do i had most of them down packed but a few i had forgot this is the best workout plan because the new teacher does zumba and she do not do good at all teaching so i do my own workouts remember these from the good teacher we ones had

Thank you! My older brother started hunching and was recently diagnosed with degenerative arthritis. We were talking a week ago about other relatives who developed a horrible slump in their senior years. So that is why I’m here. I don’t know if my new yoga stick and these exercises will prevent that from happening to me, but I’ll certainly go down swinging!

I do these but I don't feel anything is it because I'm to fat ? serious question I use my gated community swimming pool so the pool is very big like the one you're in

It’s probably because you’re being supported by the water and don’t feel the effects which is great Try going a bit deeper if you want more of a challenge, but what I find is if I do get too intense in the water, I feel it getting out or the next day, so go easy and have fun!

I am here I love the water I have wanting to do Water Therapy and Aerobics. I have a lot of back issues Neck, Mid and Sacral herniations. I am going to have laproscopic surgery by the end of the year. I want to however lose weight I need to lose 20 pounds so I can have my hernia surgeries I have 3 hernias. I am 46 and Want to live along time If I don’t start now MY CAR AKA BODY IS GONNA BREAK DOWN. THANNK YOU FOR THIS!!!
