Thank you for your awesome instruction Mor. I agree, the frisbee really lets you know you have abs, but the end result is feeling so much better!

We absolutely love your videos! Hi there! I am interested in your hydro fit ankle weights. How many pounds are they?

I've been doing these exercises and more with 2 plastic plates for over 10 years. Save them for special days. Don't want to take the fun out of such different moves.. I'm called the "plate lady"
