Clavicle Rotation and spinning of Clavicle is happening in the sagital plane but you put it in the transverse plane movements:(

That was painful...Animations instead of static drawings with arrows might work better to illustrate?

Great video!!! one brief clarification with closed vs. open chain movement: difference is that the talus does not move in open chain motion due to rotation not being transferred from upper leg Vs. Closed chain motion will have the descriptions listed in the video.

I disagree, it does not take 4 minutes to explain how to walk.

What about the feet? Why did you not start at the ground? Do the hips and ankle control the working of the feet or is it the reverse?

In February 2011, I sustained a back injury while lifting a heavy object without proper form. My back was bent rather than straight, and as I lifted, I felt a severe cramp-like sensation, causing me to collapse onto a nearby bed. Since then, I've been unable to fully rotate or bend laterally without encountering a knot or stiffness around the bottom of my thoracic spine. While watching your video, I began to suspect that a disc might have been overstretched. Could you provide any advice on this? Would performing back stretches, such as the cat-cow stretch and arching my back, be beneficial, or should I consult a doctor first? Thank you for your help.
