After watching this video you will be able to differentiate between pronation and supination movements. You will be able to breakdown these triplanar movements into 3 basic cardinal planes and their relationship to subtalar joint.

Бедные наши мозги. Профессор ещё требует называть его на вы и уважать. Профессора на мыло.

Great video!!! one brief clarification with closed vs. open chain movement: difference is that the talus does not move in open chain motion due to rotation not being transferred from upper leg Vs. Closed chain motion will have the descriptions listed in the video.

Hello! Thank you for the video, you mentioned that the movements are performed the same in weight bearing and none weight bearing, but they aren’t the same, unless I am misunderstanding you 🙏🏾

Hi. İf eversion is one of normal foot movements, what causes flexible flat foot? And what can we do for it?
@Jballer300

A flexible flat foot could be caused by a weak MLA, weak intrinsics and weak post-tib (post-tib does PF, inversion, supports MLA, essentially its our supinator so if it's weak, we bias into pronation) combined with hypermobility of surrounding joints (meaning something must be hypomobile around them --> leads to hypermobility of surrounding joints). We can strengthen all of those weak muscles and possible a foot orthotic or shoe prescription would be very useful

You made a mistake. Calcareous must move slightly valgis, and mid foot rotate for Dorsiflexion to occur.
