Sinclare is a con artist. He dooped a pharmaceutical company out of $720 million. The guy speaks slick about stuff you're unfamiliar with. That makes him a brilliant pioneer to gullible people.

I started taking this and I have been alive since I started taking it so I am a living example of what you say that it’s an insurance against mortality. But I also eat good sometimes and drink water every once and awhile. I also sleep once a week so it’s really hard to say and that’s why I think the best thing you can do is combine taurine into a more extensive protocol just to be sure.

What's about Magnesium and Spermidin? Why not them? Btw what study confirmed that mTOR of people of age 70 and above are get less influenced by protein? Normally protein activate mTOR what stop autophagy. Do older people have more autophagy because mTOR is less activated? I have doubts!

Shockingly.....Unlike coffee you feel no noticable effects, no changes to your appetite, sleep, sex drive, ect....Does it actually do anything other then accumulate in your system only to be collected up as body waste and discarded? Are you diabetic? If not what posative effects did it have on normal everyday rats? We are not RATS folks...I have yet to see someone of wealth or with a sports career background claim they actually use this suppliment for enhanced biological preformance.

I get vit D toxicity about 1-2x per year at 10000 IU. I get itchy all over. I have fibromyalgia though. I stop Vit D for a few months at a time now and then I feel ok in terms of itching.

Anyone with a heart arrhythmia should absolutely try 1000mg 2 times daily without food. My mom and I both have it. My mom has had a debilitating arrhythmia for 30 years and read about taurine lessening or altogether stopping it. She was told she would have to live in a constant state of heart arrhythmias and that many people can live that way. She started taking taurine 5 years ago after being on many different heart meds for YEARS. She has had 2 small and very brief episodes since. I have not had any since I've been on it. Try it, nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Hopefully you eliminated all sugar are low carb and getting enough protein, are getting enough sleep Supplements alone aren’t miracles. They are just part of the solution. Keep studying which supplements are helping others. NMN ?

My guess is that, if you dig deep enough, you may find some well hidden funding of the "Interventions Testing Program" by pharma. It's doubtful to me that this lab doesn't know about some of the flaws in their study. As many have said, studies can be designed to yield any desired result.
