Great video. I’ve been a Christian for over 20 years and one of the first things that I stopped doing was cussing. Don’t get me wrong, in a very heated argument, it’s easy for me to get into the flesh but 99% of my speech now is void of traditional cuss words. I want my speech to honor God. Well then all of a sudden someone you don’t even know comes forward and says you know what I know he’s committed the crime he’s committed and he deserves to go to jail but I really don’t want to see him go to prison so I’ll just go to prison for him so he can go free! So if you accepted that offer you’d be free to leave the courtroom but if you didn’t well you’d be crazy and go to prison yourself! Well that’s exactly how it was 2,000 years ago! He is God in human flesh and he came to this earth lived a perfect sinless life and even though he knew that we had sinned and because of our sins deserved to die miserably but he said no I don’t want to see them suffer so I will go and take their punishment for them! Even though he did absolutely nothing wrong still he chose to take the punishment for our sins so we can be set free from the power bondages and consequences of our disobedience to God! Romans 5:8 says For God commends his love toward us that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us! 1 John 2:2 says he was made to be the propitiation for our sins! And not just for our sins but the sins of the whole world! 2 Corinthians 5:21 He who knew no sin became Sin for us that we would be made his righteousness! The truth is if you had to get to Heaven by your own effort then you cannot do it! Because Romans 3:10 says there is not one that does good! No Not One! Romans 3:23 says For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God! Romans 6:23 says For the wages of sin is death! But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our lord! But the good news is Romans 10:9 If we confess with our mouth and believes in our hearts that Christ died for our sins then was raised from the dead we will be saved! V 10 For it’s with the heart we believe and it’s with the mouth confession is made unto salvation! God gave us 10 commandments to follow and we’ve broken every one of them! And because God is a good God he cannot allow our disobedience to him to go unpunished! And also like I said he died a terrible substitute criminal’s death for us on a cross so now all we have to do is accept that payment for our sins and we can escape the terrible wrath of God that is to fall on them who do not accept this atonement that was sacrificed for our sins! Acts 4:12 clearly states that there is no other name given unto Heaven or earth by which we must be saved as there is salvation in no other! I came to a faith in my 20's which disspelled the doctrines of going to heaven and or hell. It derived instead from a translation of hell both in hebrew and greek. Hell often in the OT is referring to The Grave " wither thou goest ", a dark place . And heaven going, was not a place after death, instead the resurrection from the grave where believers are asleep " in Christ " as Jesus said of Lazarus. And at that time judgement, then Armaggedon where Jesus fights a Spiritual war with those he has saved, after a time, Jesus becomes King and rules from Israel . Much is omitted for sake of brevity. John MacArthur has a lot of value to say about God's Word I like his direct sometimes sombre way. I have begun a mission of sorts to come to really know God's son Jesus Christ . I am in conflict however. I want so much to talk to Jesus. Yet I believe Jesus is The Way to The Father and not to be prayed to but pray Through. I am very unsure how exactly to " Come unto Me all you who labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest unto your souls ..." I poured my heart out to Christ a while back for the first time and was filled with a joy I can not explain. However the following occasion I was filled with dread. And stopped . I recently left an abusive church situation, where the abuse was excused and ignored. When I start to feel like I want to begin the search for a Bible-based church that practices what it preaches, it doesn't seem worth the time and effort. It's almost impossible here to find a church that preaches the Bible at all. Took three years to find the one I had to walk away from. I now understand why so many Christians choose to walk alone with God.

Yeah but what about repeat sins. How can I love jesus and continue to sin so much in my life. I am 50 now and I have sinned my whole christian life and not just little stuff, addictions, pride, lust. Amazing grace I sometimes wonder if its for someone so bad as me.

I am single, divorced twice, and I desire a relationship, but I'm not sure I should be in one. I want that one flesh Biblical marriage. It's hard being single and getting that desire to have sex and not want to just sleep with anyone, than it leads to self pleasure, and I shouldn't do that either. What should I do or think here?

I have cried over 300 times feeling loved like a 4 yo child after doing what Rev. Ken said was his breakthrough to GOD (below). A friend cried for 3 days. When you feel loved like a small child you will realize you are not as smart as you thought. There is no fear in love 1 John 4:18. Tom said fear left when I said Jesus remove anything here not from God's love. I told him next time he needs to ask as I won't be there. I've felt fear stop in seconds at night and taking a nap. John MacArthur shuts up the kingdom of heaven unto those who would otherwise fall at the mercy of Christ and believe the Gospel by his impossible standard just as his spiritual forefathers, the scribes and Pharisees. So the same words the Lord Jesus said to them apply to him. Verily the drunkard will enter into the kingdom before John MacArthur. Trust the Saviour! Not yourself! The only thing you could ever “prove” by your own works next to the Holiness of God is that you are a filthy, rotten sinner condemned to hell. But thank God I have good news for whoever reads this, Christ came to save SINNERS, of which we ALL are, not self righteous and blind hypocrites like MacArthur who cannot perceive their own wickedness

(A new heaven was created) The person Jesus stripped of its identity received a new name: “Michel” the Angel of the covenant, The Redeemer =========== (2) The Book of Life Since the beginning of Christianity, religious leaders and their faithful have transformed the gospel of Christ into a gospel about Jesus, rejecting the ideal to retain only the meaningless idol. In human consciousness, Christ has become synonymous with Jesus, thus depriving all men of their inheritance. It was the beginning of idolatry, we raised Jesus and lowered Christ. Their idol fell and Christ was thrown to the ground. --------------- “Whoever calls on the name of the LORD will be saved” --------------- With his angel “Je Suis”, Michel became the book of life. The angel Michel becomes the Angel of the covenant. This is the name that must be invoked.

I think we need to step it up a notch as Christians. We need to stop letting skinny and weak body’s be the norm. Wake your ass up at 5am and go to the gym, eat right and on time. Start living by example and stop wasting the gift Christ gave us. We live in a time where we have the luxury of raising the bar to the next level. We can’t just have a legion of broke weak men as Christian’s. How will we expand the kingdom of this is so?

First of all, I want to say thank you for this series. It’s been very informative for me. I have a cool rain story. I was on a mission trip to Kosovo, which is primarily Muslim. There’s a mosque every corner like there’s a church every corner here in the Bible Belt. We were headed to do a day of ministry in a city that is especially closed to the Gospel. It was supposed to rain all day and we were doing everything outdoors. We prayed that God would stop the rain. And he did. But what was wild was that it stopped raining when we arrived and started again when we left. However, even more wild… the only other time it rained the whole day was during the Islamic call to prayer. It started when the call to prayer started and stopped when it stopped. The sun came out again immediately after. I try not to over spiritualize things, but it felt like a very spiritual moment.
