Correction, she is not an airline pilot, she has no experience flying a boeing or any jet . She is a CFI which stands for Certified Flight Instructor. She has gone through commercial pilot training and has the license but its not the same. An actual airline pilot who flies a Boeing and has experience with its systems would have been a better candidate.

19 FOR DISPATCH?!? That’s insane they need to be paying atleast 25. The lower pay explains why we have ads on the raider stadium saying they are hiring for dispatch. They are crucial to our community

"unalived".... We are literally making the conversation from English to Newspeak as prophesied in 1984. This is double ungood. For a channel dedicated to transparency, it's a shame that you're using language tricks to obfuscate reality.

dont be fooled folks. I work for Canada's major airline Air Canada. all these benefits which people think are free etc like free flights and major discounts aren't just given like that. We pay for these benefits by taking a pay cut. i.e if a station/ramp agent/ baggage handler should be getting 25 dollars an hour the airline will pay 19. this difference in pay is what covers the benefits we get. if the pay at airlines from ground staff to pilots to mechanics were to increase alot of these benefits will be cut. in addition working any role at an airline is hard laborious mentally fatiguing work. most times you work so much that 3 years could pass and you have only used the flight benefits or hotel benefits once.

@Display0510 сағат бұрын
@@AJ-Edits. revenue is all money coming in. Does not include cost of goods or expenses. 60k in revenue means nothing if you’re spending 100k to make it.

As an RN of 30 years, it's disturbing and troubling to hear the younger nurses not mention the caring of patients to be their primary love of the profession. If you're in it for the money only, get out. We don't need nurses like that.

I think it’s fantastic that these young women are trail blazers. My niece just started her residency in pediatric oncology after medical school. What are young men doing today?? My nephew is completely the opposite of my niece and totally uninspired. I see so many young men, not all, that just aren’t that focused or inspired.

The advice at the end for getting a data science certification isn’t great. The vast majority of ds jobs require a masters degree, and a quantitative one at that. You absolutely need a good understanding of stats and decent programming skills. In this market the cert isn’t worth anything without experience.

@Andrew541233 күн бұрын
nah, there is some confusion in the video. She is not an airline pilot. She’s a flight instructor flying small single engine 4 seat airplanes. Not jets.
@NobilityProduced2 күн бұрын
Airline Pilots make BANK depending on the airline and their level on the pay scale they can make upwards $700k+ as a topped out captain. Every company has a different pay scale but even at Mesa Airlines First Officers can make six figures in their first year. The pay scale is usually a 12 year progression and when the airline short staffed for a flight their bonus are crazy good. Pilots can more or less choose how many hours they work depending on the season. It is a very very high paying job once you work for the big companies (Delta, UPS, United, Southwest, FedEx Express, etc)

Tech industry is misleading. one can make lots of money in the private tech industry but things can change overnight because it's constantly evolving into the next big thing. You can be making 270k one year and laid off the next. Companies are in a foot race to corner the next big thing in technology. not to mention a lot of jobs are being outsourced. Always some new idea on the horizon. AI is a perfect example. how it looks today will be nothing like how it will look 5 years from now.
