Also, love the lore behind the 3ds, I got that same 3ds for my birthday when it came out, and is my capture modded 3ds now. I also used my first paycheck to buy a system, but a ps vita in 2015!

We desperately need an in depth guide on how to setup the AR code to unlock the shinies for the pokewalker. I’m wondering if you can unlock them and then save the game with them unlocked so you don’t have to keep using the AR after that

@@sweettea5166 hey there! Action replay codes don’t apply patches, they’re use-case. So you can’t save and keep it applied like that. You need it active each time you transfer. And that’s it, that’s literally the guide

I can only shiny hunt Deoxys in Emerald, so doing the puzzle over and over again will be a chore.

@@shinycollector yep. I wish I could soft reset hunt it in my LG copy but sadly I ain't buying or spending any money on a second game boy console to get the event item on it via Emerald. I bought one last month just because I already have XD, and a GCN to GBA link cable. There is no reason for me to ever get a second game boy if I can use the GCN and XD I already have to trade, just needed one game boy.

I am never gonna shiny hunt in gen 3 ever again once I get this Deoxys, I can use Heart Gold for Ho-Oh, Lugia, etc. Already have shiny hunted Mewtwo in LG so there's no need for anything else. Lol

dude there is a GLTICH found in FIRERED / Leafgreen with mr MIME where you can edit the PC data can you unlock the aurora ticket with this ? pls make a video about it if you find a way or tell me with a comment they are currently only using it for entering the hall of fame

So in 2.55 "Mythbusters" you are saying that you dont need to keep the game turned on through the entire hunt. But I asked another youtuber who posted shiny mew hunt in emerald this: "Yes, I understand that there is no chain (no pokeradar). The reason I made that question its because I read here and there that if I shiny hunt with RAs, I need to have my gba turned on at all times or like 1 - 2 hours per shiny hunt session (supposly good for the different number of frames you can get and to avoid to hit the same ones) so I wanted to ask: Can I just have a couble of tries with RAs or lets say 10 RAs and then turn off my console and than continue at other time? does this somehow makes the frames same as before so i must keep my gba on for a long time to get many different frames?" and he replied----> "No, you can't do that. Emerald has broken RNG meaning that resetting the game returns the seed to 0. You need to keep your system running as you do your hunt, or you need to change the seed using the Battle Video method or the Lilycove Contest Painting trick. See my Beldum video for more information" So to make my question simple. Which is the truth? I must keep my gba on all times? have it turned on for one hour would be ok? Would it be also ok to just make 20 RAs and then turn it of (in order to relax or what ever)?

@@giorgosgiannadakis5062 leaving the game on throughout the entire hunt only solves 2 potential problems. 1. Paranoia (which is likely the case for this YTer you’re talking about) 2. If you only ever have very short hunting sessions. Shiny frames on average should be one every 2.3 minutes. So if you have a bad run, you might have a streak of no shiny frames for 10-15 minutes straight. But if you generally hunt in sessions of like at least an hour, you’ll be fine, there will be plenty of shiny frames in your game’s first hour and you’re okay to turn it off after each session. Alternatively, if you only find small pockets of time to hunt up to 30 minutes or so, you might as well leave it running to ‘play it safe’. Trust me, the majority of people that talk about shiny hunting in emerald don’t actually understand it and talk from a point of paranoia. But you’re fine to turn the system off.

Hey 👋 I have been a follower of yours since 2017 and you inspired me and help out before by giving me the stats to shiny hunt a Scyther gen 1 Red Version Anyways I have a question I recently hunted a shiny charmander on Yellow Verison and use pokemon transporter and straight into home and it wasn't shiny even though I had all the right stats. Is there something wrong with pokemon transporter at the moment? Maybe a bug or something. And is it much safer to trade it to gen 2 so it'll become shiny and then use pokemon transporter? What's your opinion? And thank you a lot in advance my friend!

I got the stats from bluemoonfalls Stats for charmander were when level up 17 by rare candies Lvl- 17 HP-42 ATK-23 DEF-23 SPE-30 SPC-25 When I used pokemon transporter and then went into pokemon bank to move into box 1, I noticed that it didn't have a star symbol for shiny before transferring into HOME

@@LC22- hey boss, idk what/who bluemoonfalls is. But unless you do your math to check shiny across many levels without any EV’s, you won’t be able to tell if it’s shiny for certain until level 50. There is not an issue with poketransporter, you just didn’t have the right stats unfortunately :/

sup! i have a goal and some questions came up that were a little outside the context of the video. i hope you can give me some light i'm doing a shiny hunt on a ponyta by eggs in emerald so far ok, right? the broken rng shouldn't give any problem for now, right? due to the "problem" of having to enter the boxes every 5 hatched ponytas, i thought of a possible solution that would probably work... except ~maybe~ on emerald: 1. i put ponyta + ditto to mate, before the egg is ready i save it. 2. i walk until the 5 ponytas hatch and do a soft reset. because we're talking about emerald, could i possibly be seeing similar frames if the hunt takes a long time because the seed doesn't change? or nothing to do with?

hey i'm trying emerald starters and on my right now 00:07 save i've seen like 9 (probably the sames) shinies zigzagoons. still no torchic, is it normal? i'm playing on ff and can't find the torchic frame, tips?

@@faelzinlol1 hey! That’s great that you have an early shiny frame! So, there is a frame skip between the starter and Zigzagoon that throws things off a bit. Try waiting about 2-2.5 seconds longer on your reset before picking Torchic, and you should get your starter. Good luck!

@@shinycollector yeah right after my comment i got my torchic shiny, so cool. thanks for all! but i have a question: what about save states ou another games (excluding emerald rng giga broken)? like, what if i save on emulator right before clicking yes to choose mudkip on ruby for example. start the battle not shiny and my nature is X. if i load the save, THEN save again (with fast foward probably load -> save it's skipping a lot of frames so no chance i'm seeing the same frames, right?), THEN click yes again? it's confirmed (i guess) by me the nature and frames are different every time by doing this, but the shiny id works different? if the bags open the game already "know" who's shiny? if this doesn't happens, probably would work, right?

Honestly, being bipansexual is pretty sick. I'm bisexual, but I consider both my attraction to women and men to be gay, so I sometimes call myself a bisexual gaybian. I love to mess around with labels but I can understand why other people just get frustrated with trying to figure it out.
