Is it really a load of BS though? Maybe he means that he is his little lap dog and following all his analytics bs.. Atkins probably thinks that that works (which it doesn't) and because he's listening to his moves, he's part of the solution..

He is absolutely awful until the last week. He is DHing and hitting at or below the Mendoza line. Has to get way better before I'd consider playing him every day. I'd play him every day while he's hot for sure but as soon as he goes cold... in and out.

@@sir.muffiniii7011 the point is if he’s not doing what his career median is, his high average won’t matter as far as sustainability. If he was slugging homers, I wouldn’t call it a mirage.

@@sir.muffiniii7011 vogelbach is only in the league because of power potential and OBP. His OBP has always been tied to walks, not high average. His high average is a complete mirage, and that’s already reverting to the mean. If he goes on a sustained home run tear, that could be somewhat sustainable. This is terrible news! That's why THEY ALL Need to Go! Not only Schneider and Atkins NEED TO GO, but the man who's above the GM, Mark Shapiro, who doesn't care about an MLB World Series Championship 🏆. He cares about making the Jays experience better🤦🏻♂️ And Atkins doesn't know baseball either!!🤦🏻♂️ Schneider is a Double AA manager🤦🏻♂️ All 3 need to go, so we can bring a New President & CEO, a New GM, a New Manager, and a complete New coaching staff!! We also need someone like Mark Cuban as new owner because Rogers won't fire these guys!! Everyday I hope for a new owner too.

The Rogers Blue Jays don't have any interest in winning. That's why they let AA go in favour of Shapiro. AA was willing to go all in for a championship. Rogers wants safe profits. Shapiro gives them a competitive team that gets viewers to watch their TV ads and puts fans in the seats. Toronto fans, you're being hosed the same way TML has been doing for decades. Boycott!
