Fans and Media have been putting a ton of pressure on these Toronto Blue Jays to make a change. And that change could be with their general manager. Current Blue Jays General Manager Ross Atkins is on the hot seat after the competitive team he has built has not won a single playoff game, and is performing well under expectations in 2024. If Ross Atkins doesn't make any drastic changes, or the team doesn't go on a deep play off run, it could be over for Ross Atkins as the Blue Jays General Manager

Shapiro and Adkins have to go, to start Manager and hitting coach and everyone else has to go as well after that. Rogers has to stop spending on the Rogers Centre and spend it on the team .

Atkins should've been fired 3 years ago, I love the Jays I haven't watched a single game this year I absolutely hate the makeup of this team top to bottom and I'm not supporting it. You have no clue how glad I am this team sucks cause that's the only way Atkins will go

❤no chance of losing Ross he is Shapiro Guy. The Jays sadly were cooked when Alex anthopolis was forced out. Alex was amazing. Look what he has done with Atlanta. Guess we must be happy to enjoy the jays losses😢

It’s about time you make this video! Should have made it last year! This is a poorly constructed team and organization. The only place you are wrong about is that you saying it makes sense to do it next year… what can he do?? He’s already depleted our farm system, traded our valuable pieces. Trade our farm system?? It’s already not worth anything. There is no one given there that anyone would give you a good major leaguer for. Besides Atkin couldn’t even give you a return even when he had the chip. We hit Varsho back for our top prospect (a top 100 in mlb - top side of those list). Fire him already rebuild needs to start. It already has started, whether we like it or not

Atkins hasn't learned from his mistakes to date, so unlikely the future with him will be different. He seems to like to bargain shop for most players, either someone coming off of a bad year, or someone in their late thirties almost ready to retire. Atkins should be fired before he does any more damage!

I have said it before and will say it again, Fire Atkins, Schnieder and Shapiro.Shapiro and Atkins should never have been hired. Anthopolous had built a competitive team that with a bit of tweaking could have won a Championship. S and A took that potential and ruined it through bad trades and poor player decisions. They hired Schnieder who depends too much on analytics and has no feel for the game. This was made glaringly obvious when he pulled a switched on Berrios out of a playoff game they were in control of. This yesr he has been too dependant on having the same players in the same order instead of mixing things up to get the best from his offense. He often pulls his starting pitchers too soon and leave his relievers in too long. They throw too many pitches and then are not ready to pitch again on a normal rotation. How many games have the Jays lost after a good outing from their starter only to see the bullpen blow it?

Anthopolous has done a decent job in L.A. & in Atlanta. I like watching the Braves, cuz I wore a Braves uniform for 4 years in Little League!

I think Shapiro has to go too. They traded away so much great talent, it’s gut wrenching to witness. We definitely need a shake-up on the field and in the office too.

The mix of this team is off somehow. If a move has to be made it should happen at the end of the season. Mid season GM changes are just bad. Right now the braintrust should be putting together a comprehensive list of replacement possibilities and going deep into what kind of a team they are building, it is a culture change as much as player changes that are the problem... usually. Let the new GM start next season with a manager he can work with, not somebody he is saddled with.

SHATKINS and SCHNEIDER need to go like right now. It’s too bad they can’t bring back Alex Anthopoulos - oh those were the good old days from 2010 to 2015 - and as most everyone is aware, Alex left when his contract ended in 2015 despite being offered an extension by the Jays organization - in my opinion he most likely wanted to get out-of-town as fast as he could before the new incoming President and CEO of the Blue Jays (ie Mark Shapiro) took over in November 2015 because he had NO INTEREST OR DESIRE to work with SHAPIRO (again totally my opinion). Even a return of Gibby as GM ought to be considered. Anyone but Ross Atkins please and even replace John Schneider as Manager. All these men are doing is continuing to make BAD decisions that is hurting our great team. Let’s get this done NOW! It’s SHATKINS AND SCHNEIDER who are ruining this team of great talented players. LET’S GO!!

The Jay's manager and core players conduct themselves with an ego as if they've won multiple championships. Its a very odd distortion of reality in the Toronto clubhouse. Clearly conditioning is a problem, and players who lack bat to ball skills are too plentiful, but a little bit of humility would be a start in the right direction
