love your podcast list. I would highly suggest diversifying your list and listening to some by black women or any woman of color. Even when you don't realize it, it's easy to slide into just a white perspective when there are so many others. All leaders should be educated on many perspectives or at least curious. Just my take. hello. i just started a self hosted blog about music. i plan to review albums and give song recommendations. i don't have much technical info about music, I mostly talk about the meaning behind them, like I analyze the lyrics and stuff. i really don't know how to reach more music lovers like me. i feel like nobody cares what I say about the songs anyway but I also feel like the things I say about the albums are quite interesting. i am so in between. please give me tips around this niche

I can’t do it. I’m sure your info is great and it would add a lot of knowledge to me but your valley girl talk is significantly off putting and I jumped at 6 minutes. (Meaning how you constantly go up in your tone at the end of almost every sentence, like everything you say is a question). You’ll keep SO many more viewers if you learn to speak properly and you’ll appear much more professional. I know I’ll catch hate because fans will ignore what I’m saying and just jump on me but that’s fine, this message is to you, not them, and it’s not meant in anger or insult.
