I have just started day 1 and I can't fold over even slightly with legs straight or crossed legs,I have a long way to go and several muscle issues and I'll health, is it okay if I can't fold over is it more important to bend the back and legs and fold or to keep the back straight and just be almost upright with slight pull on muscles?

I’m never disappointed clicking on your videos. Thank you very much. I’ve been doing ashtanga with your videos every 6 morning for a month and try to inform myself as much as possible. I live in a poor country and these videos on youtube are really a gem for us. Thank you again and again.

This is almost exactly the stretching I do before bed every night and it's such a nice way to relief muscle tension before bed. I can't wait to add in the additional stretches you have to my mix.
