That is a really nice layout! It is amazing that he built all this in one year. 1thanks for sharing.

The following contact features a ripped off JNR C62 from nickel plate road, two famous streamlined diesels, a depressed Y6B, and big boy's brother, and a pair of NYC Mohawk Survivors (one is a ripped off FEF, and the other is based off of the standard NYC Hudson), and another NYC Survivor who is REALLY old

15:27 agreed with you They should restore it send it down to NCTM Because that would be the perfect place for it to get restored

I'm disappointed. As someone who makes railroad videos, you don't seem to know much about trains. N&W 1776 is an SD-45, not a GP-7. A 2-8-0 wheel arrangement is a consolidation, a Mastodon is a 4-8-0. If you were there in 2001, then the J was there, under shelter. The first part of the pavilion (where 1218 now sits) was built in the 1990's specifically for the 611. The second half, which covers the next two tracks was completed in 2003 to house the 1218.

Too bad they didn't keep those engines. Why did they get rid of them? Weren't they recently rebuilt for this service?

Beautiful footage! If you add some film effects and filters to it it’ll look straight out of 1944!

This is super good footage! A little grainy, but the angle and lighting make up for it!

Hello. I grew up there until the age of 13 (in the 80's). My friends and I use to buy candy for a penny a piece at the candy store... we went in that door by the white sign. I vaguely remember it. They had carnivals there in the grassy area, we rode our bikes all over town and played in the park a crossed the street, or around the river. And walked to the elementary school and up the hill to the jr./high school. Lots of memories there. We rented the house at the end of the street from the majors son (toward Cincinnati as you mentioned). Looks nearly the same, although I think it use to be yellow, not sure.

Fantastic! I have just finished watching Jonh Ford's movie Iron Horse and came down here to see these locomotives. In the movie you can see the original engine. Tks!

So has anyone heard anything lately for of 2816 following after that... *ahem* ...accident that she had with hitting a person in Mexico? Just hope The Empress is still able to make it to Mexico City though. ^^'

The same locomotive that was displayed at Steamtown U.S.A in Bellows Falls, Vermont over here in the United States of America and then used in excursion trips in Canada.
