I listen to breakdown every single morning.I don't wanna sound like a weirdo but it's like you're my polar twin. Despite the fact that I am 62. I'm relating to everything that you're saying and break down not me absolutely Flat. Before that it was low down.The reason why is because I am a Lifelong Hard drinking alcoholic 4 years sober, and just meeting my real self, full on depression and all. I'm non binary, and my therapist agrees that there is a very high likelihood of autism and ADHD. Talk about the royal freak, freaking out! I've got my own channel here, just getting started. Fill your head with all the things that make you happy, everything, music, art, food, personal growth, nature, love, hobbies, whatever it is. let nothing and no one try to take any of it away. It is YOUR mental health, you are fully in your right to protect it, forget "social ramifications" no one else will understand or care for your boundaries like you will. Never let someone trick/bully/manipulate you into compromising them or any part of yourself to make them happy. You live for you, not to please anyone. Yes, do no harm, but prioritize yourself and your good years. <3

I can relate because I have been changing when to be honest people say I need to change but when people tell me to it makes me not want to . But I have realized that maybe I need to charge and to get out of the darkness and my anxiety and depression and all that . And to be honest I cop with it though the things I enjoy to do as in riding my horse and go kart racing and music to I really am thankful that I have fond Yungbuld 5 years ago he has help me get through those shitty days those dark nights and I don't feel alone knowing that he understands the way I feel to abd for all the fans of his we are more of a family than just Yungbuld fans we are family I love you all and I love you Dominic

Dom, im your fan and im 35, and you re younger but you help me so much. I struggle with depression since i was teen or maybe kid and i have some episodes even after all these years. Thank you for speaking about that, is very important. I don t undestand why i never asked for help but now i do and when i call a therapist i found i light and a liberation. You guys, you guys search for help, don t waste your life 🖤 ( is incredible that better people think isn t enough. Dom you re pretty, smart, funny, sexy, soo talented.
