The prequel we didn't know we needed! I love how subtly "off" it feels, like an Alice in Wonderland or Silent Hill, but everything is off internally rather than externally. I love the cadence of the parts where you "stretch" the first word and "squish" the rest of the sentence (0:19-0:35, 0:50-1:04, and 2:01-2:15). As usual your vocals are incredible, especially those high notes! I was trying to pick a favorite part but I couldn't, there's too many good sections! Be sure to put out music at whatever pace suits you best, if there's a long gap it just means I have more time to listen to your older songs again. (Was listening to Friendless again, I can't believe I forgot how good it is!)

The start was better in the original in my opinion, the original lyrics got changed a bit, I think for the worse. The second part of the remake is better than the original tho. You tuned the music down a bit so its more enjoyable. Overall pretty solid remake possibly the first remake I hear that is not worse than the original.
