Here's a remastered version of "The Hero" along with a remastered version of "The Antihero (Extended)." My wife still wants me to write a part III but I've just been having such a hard time finding the right feel. 😭 For now, I hope you like this mashup. I really hope I made the tracks better than the original. Love you all.

Never thought the anti-hero was a different person than the hero. Thought the hero went through the other emotions you sing and soon became the anti-hero. Great knowing this mashup exists since i always listen ti them back to back

Holy. Fuck. THIS IS SO GOOD. Literally all I can think is "Holy shit". Mr. Wagner, you seriously nailed it and actually made a good anti-hero/hero song instead of it simply focusing on the "bad aspects" of the 'character' in the song like most others would. This is AMAZING- no. . . it's a MASTERPIECE. Holy COW! Bravo!!!

"The Hero" is one of those songs i would love to hear at the dinner table. My family tends to sit and drink together and usually my uncle or father sing a song while everyone just listens. And i imagine you could do the same at family gatherings with a low voice

When I first saw the Anti-Hero-is that like the Anti-hero Archetype or the Villain-I was expecting a villain typical rule-the-world-destroy-everything-cause-I'm-evil song, but I was actually moved and It made me sad, the fact that he became a monster because he did things wrong and became more and more distant, and then decided that it was who he was and he didn't want to be saved anymore. It's really heart-wrenching.

I was not expecting the Extended lyrics of The Antihero to make an appearance!!! 😃 And the fact that it is collabed with The Hero is absolutely insane! Had I watched this when it was first uploaded, I would've said this is some of your best work yet, but I know you'll always make something to top the last, like the new Re-remastered version of The Hero from your new album (which I'll definitely have to give a listen to). I especially love the way how "The Hero" begins as a rewind of some sort. Whatever comes next within this "saga" of The Hero and The Antihero, whenever the feeling comes to you, I bet it will be epic! Take care, Nathan!

This is just perfect in my eyes, The Hero was the first song of your I listened to, then I found The Anti-Hero, which got me hooked on your music. If you ever make a part 3 to this to make it a trilogy, I will gladly be there to listen to it, which reminds me, it's interesting you choose images of a samurai (The Hero) and a ronin (The Anti-Hero) to represent them, and that makes me wonder if you keep to the theme for a part 3, what would "The Villain" be?

Amazing mashup Nathan, and I'd love to hear a potential part 3.. I know you'll get it right in due time, don't over-exert it.. also I'm curious too, about the artwork.. is that taken from somewhere, or did you make that? I've noticed there's a consistent theme, but yet, I've never seen it before.

Yeah I’m doing quite well with all the craziness actually been practicing my American Sign Language again interpreting songs going back to my hard of hearing roots doing new songs in asl and performing them on stage Nathan it’s pretty fun and I enjoy that Nathan I’m proud of my disability and how I stay strong over it it’s part of who I am as a hard of hearing 🧏 and deaf person it’s my second language Nathan one of the best ever I done for 10 years of my life love you Nathan 😆

Guys, can we talk about the potential 3rd entry to this 'Anti/Hero' Saga by Nathan? Personally, I don't think 'The Villain' is an appropriate title to finish off the trilogy. As a complimentary song to the Saga, then sure. For example, 'The Villain' could be a prequel to Antihero as it sets up who or what caused the events leading up to 'The Antihero', just as how it is my headcanon that 'The Outcast' is the continuation of 'The Hero' as it sets up how the naive inexperienced Hero learns to deal with his mistakes/loss while also letting the Hero experience a taste of what the Antihero went through. This allows the Hero to somewhat sympathize with the Antihero to an extent, giving him a chance to at least try to come to an understanding with the Antihero and to hopefully find peace for them both. That said, I think the appropriate title for the 3rd song should be: 'The Protagonists'
