I got an original a5 very recently and it is not glossy. I think maybe some people are adding some kind of glossy overwrap

+foundandmade I can't seem to get away from this model Filofax! It is a very polished design. For example, the pockets, there is just enough where it doesn't feel lacking and not so much so where it becomes a treasure hunt because you don't recall. A wine color would look elegant!

I was bit intimidated organizing my Filofax the first time and I think that the utility that filofax’s in general have is the ability to mold and update when you see fit. If you find down the road that something just doesn’t seem the way you want it, then you can make changes due to the modular flexibility. That particular setup in the video is going to change very soon because of lifestyle adjustments and Filofax allows you to make those changes quite easily :)

max holborn oh yes the a5 holborn. had the chance to get one for 50 bugs but at that time i did not have the money. maybe one day but right now i actually don´t really need it anymore. keep going with your videos. i really love them.

Thanks for checking out the video and I am glad you found it informative! The filofax certainly is a powerful tracking tool. Just recently I found a correlation between my weight and "aches and pains". For the longest time, I have been hovering between 179 and 183lb's, but if I stay around 185/187 I discovered that my knees don't hurt as much and that the extra mass seems to be helping with durability when I program with heavier loads. I still do a lot of volume but that means I have to consume more "good" calories and what better item to keep track of all this stuff than a filofax :)

Thanks for watching the vid! The walking dead series is my all time favorite. I only collect the hardbacks but I just recently picked up the anniversary edition of issue #1 at Dragoncon! I am totally hauling all of those books if I can get Kirkman to sign em at some other convention!

As far as motivation goes, I am kind of OCD about some things, I love statistical data and I love competing with myself so putting all those things together makes for recipe I want to always cook up :) I love a challenge and when I program a work out for myself its always a steep cliff that I want to surpass but the best part is the feeling after. It's the gratifying feeling of accomplishment. So that's how I would describe how I stay motivated. Good on ya for Zumba! I have two left feet!
