growing up in the 90's my dad owned one of these ex turbos I could remember like it was just yesterday, teenagers then wants to buy my dad's ex turbo because he took care of it as if its new, his ex turbo was converted from rhd since it was import from japan

Hi. I see you posted a comment about a jdm lancer of mine. Coltfanboi posted it. You mentioned about ecu piggyback . I'm turning the car back to 4g63 and wondered if you knew the best way to go with the ecu. Any help much appreciated. Des.

@@retro-butionautomotiveprod9614 historic racing. It's what I used to race. I have loads of ex parts and two old ex body shells. I want to use the 4g63 and the old eci unit with the gsr ecu. I think I may have sourced the right chip for it from havok chips. The gsr has better boost control unit and knock sensor box etc... I believe cut the yellow wire to eliminate over boost cut But still researching all this. Mostly it's a nostalgia thing..

we have issues with the fuel line, first time out after build will be replacing fuel tank to fuel cell

This car absolutely doesn't need power steering. It's so light & it's rear wheel drive. We had so many of these. Love to have one again. Tnx for keeping such a great piece of machine alive.

geta fresh body to start with, no to rust bucket, also look for fresh door hood and trunk, mechanicals this car are easy fix as long you have complete parts
