Guys don't get all this bullshit get to your head. I think nowadays people are making such videos to justify their move back to India but honestly most of the folks do so either after earning lot of money or after visa issues. Some people could also face problems with aging parents. Earn money and spend it to improve quality of life. The neo-nationalism is now getting to the head of people and making them take stupid decisions that they are going to regret later in life. 😂😂

The real reason is both blue cities in US and Europe s**ks a lot for the past 10 years. Due to house rent 5 times higher when compared to 10 to 12 years back, crime rates have increased 5 times which is even worst than some poor countries especially in newyork, LA, washington DC, sanfransycho😂, seattle, newjersey and several cities in US, all the cities in canada and for EU it is mostly capital cities. If you earn less then 100 thousand dollars in US/canada or less then 75 thousand euros in EU countries then you are considered lower middle class from 2021. The inflation is at 50 to 60%. Fuel prices have increased 5 times, electricity bills increased more than 5 times, high food prices. NRIs are not able to match their savings compared to professionals in india. Thats one big reason. In EU taxes are as high as 45 to 50% which is insane. Also most of the NRIs cant afford to buy a house as the maintanance cost is too high compared to india.Overall life in US, CANADA, Europe is too expensive and less secure. Last week a police car rammed a young indian women and was left to die. But there are incidents of criminal assault by homeless drug addicts and street criminals m.kzfaq.info/get/bejne/j85jnbWBt824mKc.html

Many plans this way, coz it’s difficult to survive during old age, it’s difficult to drive during health emergency. Your kids won’t be around…. Difficult to manage your household in your 80s, moving snow, move your lawns, payment towards mortgages etc etc ( just to pay home tax people work in their old age in US) . list goes on. So few r smart enough to move back to home country so that they get to live life like a king n queen size. Coz they can afford all workers. 😂 Many hidden stuff which we never know. 😅 I worked, stayed here n got relatives who lived many years and they don’t want to move back but they know the reality of their old age. Still America is fantasy to so many. But as a women I feel our kids must grow in our country and learn our culture more than being behind money all the time. It’s the fact….

the reality is, all the next generation kids will go abroad as some of them older than the one's kids. In fact, who studied in india in last 20 to 25 years, most of their classmates are always in different country than in india. for each individual reality is very diffferent than others story.

USA may give u all these things in life. But u willn’t have the sense of belonging when u live in a foreign country. U are missing out on living with parents, among your own people and above all that divine energy that you experience in India. At the end, it is a matter of priorities.

Thanks for sharing your story me and my husband just recently moved back from USA to India in 2023 January this year. It was also tough decision for us as I am in middle of my pregnancy and so we moved because of my health not being well there and had no help from parents or anywhere else. But seeing your story makes me feel that we will also settle down nicely in India slowly as time moves and will be happy

Love your story. I lived in US for 40 plus years and decision to go back home (Thailand) is very difficult. I went to school in India too for 10 yrs and love India too. I am glad you make up your mind. Most of our relatives are here in US and we live in the same town. We visit Thailand every other year for vacation. As we get older traveling like that will end soon. Glad to hear your story.

@@stampmaker9384 infrastructure/ mindset of people/ job opportunities/ accessibility of foreign goods and most importantly exposure to globalization has turned entire picture of india now. I have been in Canada for 13 years now and I am a citizen here but leaving it all behind and going back to india soon as I was surprised how india has changed so much now . Even Street vendors or auto drivers has google pay now. You just order groceries online and it will be delivered it to you .
