Joshua Ray Gooch is, among other attributes, THE ultimate demo guitarist. He produces the the most beautiful riffs and tones I've ever heard in any demo, and I've checked MANY.

Wrecked on dead mans curve, 70 Impala, went off shoulder at pretty good clip(90), right front wheel hit top of culvert, car went up and sideways, I held on to the bottom of the seat. A miracle happened and the car came back on the wheels in the field. The car was in mud sitting on the frame. I stepped out and fell over backwards. A car came by and God sent me an angle that night back into the neighboring state. I went there the next day, and where I fell over backwards, you could plainly see in great detail, even the stitching on my Levi pants impression in the mud. This was over the bartender stealing 20 bucks from me, and his notorious brother going to beat my ass for accusing them.

Funny thing is Dave Weiss probably made a side comment during a DND session at Joe Magenello’s place to Tom and he got on the phone.

No one in the entire industry has ever even come close to producing anything like a Fender Stratocaster. The very moment that you hear it, you just know that it's a Strat.!

He's a way better guitarist and musician than he gets credit for. If you can get past the obvious neo-classical theatre, he has perfect pitch and bases all of his shredding on hand picked 64th and even 128th notes - fundamental concert guitar stuff. The only other guitar player I can think of from his generation who could do that would be Al DiMeola. Yngwie was selling out stadiums twenty years before G3 and Steve Vai and a lot of these other guys. Remember they learnt from him. Most of what he did, he invented pretty much himself. There was a time before KZfaq - have to remember that

Frank Zappa disdained most shredders, but not Yngwie, he recognised his musicality. Trilogy Suite Op.5 still gives me chills, Yngwie's speed is one thing but the dynamics and emotion in his playing is incredinle. Plus Yngwie played the bass (fretless!!!!) on many of his tracks. Plus he throws his picks into the crowd. What a legend.

It's funny... I remember watching a video about 15 years ago where he was tossing a strat into a pile of other strats while saying whatever... it's just a tool to make lots of money. 😂 hahahaha He sure has changed. 😂

I had a dream James Marshall Hendrix sat crossed legged in a sunny crowded field and handed me a strat; I honestly thought it was a pretty ugly, like a pale pink flesh colour and had this big Indian leather with owl feather guitar strap on it; fender won't even send me a t-shirt and patch cables, I can see why Leo Fender left, IMA buy a GNL and Peavey amp ✊😇🫒☮️

IAM versed in litigation and resolve Fender (along with concept and production 😊) my 'one-speaker' Stage 125 red knob needs a make- over, Mein 'German Mexican 50's reissue Amy Winehouse strat' needs fret and re-wiring works (IAM opting for ze blend potential over ze bridge); - but these are only my respective 'Fender needs'; here are my demands - XX Large [Yngwie yellow] fender t shirt (though also to be made widely available in Daphne and super sonic blue; again concept and production 🤙😇) American Deluxe Amplifier (you know) Single coil players Jag, the cheapest and most novel thing you have but I would really like a full scaled neck..... On the jaguar...... All the time..... But you'd know best, that's why you'll watch all my 500 videos and convenience this humble litigation 👍😇☮️🫒 Go Hobo Jo

George Harrison called the Rose wood Telecaster ” The worst guitar I have ever played ” in several interviews and immidiately gave it away to Delany Bramlet. The only time in his life George played a Telecaster. Strange that his widow 2 years after his death buys the guitar George really hated and even stranger she lets Fender Produce it. George told Fender if They ever associate him with the Rose wood Telecaster he would sue them. And Fender never used his name during his life time regarding the Rose wood Telecaster. Calling it All Rose. James Burton and Eric Clapton got one too, but They were long time Telecaster players ( Clapton has used a Telecaster on every album from 1963 to 2021).

Thanks, lad! The process might seem intuitive, but it's the little things, like cuting on 1 and a half machine head distance and pressing down while winding that make the difference bwtween a good looking guitar head and one that looks like crap. :)
