So far, this CZ 457 MTR gave best accuracy with Lapua Center X.

Always skeptical when I read titles like one hole group. Good job. Nice to find a lot that shows top notch promise like that.

I've always been told that hand fed was better, so I got a single shot adapter for my Anschutz 1450 and it worked. Groups tightened up nicely.

I have never found any eley that will shoot in any of my czs. Center x for me it will just outshoot any of that eley or at least in all my cz457s. Beagleman

I suggest you stop fussing with the scope and just see what kind of groups you get naturally.

A couiple of tips to improve your consistency which results in more accuracy. If you watch your own video carefully you'll see that you have no follow through on your trigger pull, you don't have a front stop on your rest and you place your left hand on numberous different place whwn you take the shot. All the things are inconsistent that induce variation. To minimise anything from your contribution to each shot is the key.

Tight groups demand that the scope reticles remain at a constant 90 degree-vertical/180 degree-horizontal. I use a bipod (preferably with NO cant adjustment) on the rear to stabilize/maintain my zero cant. Also, you mentioned how your gunsmith adjusted the anti-cant bubble. May I suggest that one adjusts the bubble to zero cant by adjusting the bubble to indicate the scope reticle, not the rifle or scope body. In the end, the scope reticle is what is fine-tuned to attain small groups. I use an exterior anti-cant bubble (mounted to my scope) that I could easily see as opposed to the integral scope mount bubble. The integral scope mount bubble indicates a level scope, not necessarily a level reticle!!!!

Your shooting may improve if you retained your cheek weld by not lifting your face off the stock. You should be able to cycle the bolt or single round load not lifting your cheek. Try it and see how it affects the score.

If you order more you could not get the same lot # and it might not shoot so well. Can you get the same lot if you order more? I have tried different ammos with different lots and hardly any of them shot the same. Great shooting bro hope you can get some more of the same Beagleman

If you tune the over travel and pre travel screws you can get the factory trigger to around the 1lb mark. The yodave spring took mine to under a 1lb. The main screw to mess with is the screw on bottom of trigger.

I also use Boretech Rimfire Blend. I use two Myers’s custom 20 caliber rods and a bore guide. My procedure is, 3 wet patches, followed by a five stoke brushing with a brass brush, followed by two wer patches and three dry patches.. I do not put an oily patch because I shoot my rifles every week.. Boretech is absolutely the best I have ever used,,

Lapua Pistol king is excellent, I use it with Walther GSP with great results. Maybe its not ideal for rifle use, never tried. For 50m free pistol the competition shooters arent using soft pistol ammo variants, but SK Rifle, RWS Rifle Match or Lapua Midas.

Doing similar testing: Really cheap ammo, but sure looks like a node here. I'll be doing some rim thickness and overall length comparisons if I can. 86 yrs young and not getting to the range enough. Total Wt Grp Size 49.0 2.91 11/01/22 49.1 2.91 Remington Golden Bullet 49.2 2.10 36Gn Bullet 49.3 3.22 Total Wt = Total cartridge weight in Gns 49.4 3.32 Grp Size @ 50 Yards 49.5 1.40 49.6 0.89 P.S. I pasted this from spreadsheet. Works okay. 49.7 1.21 49.8 1.52 49.9 2.59

That anchatchz doesn't shoot as well as my cz457stocost as much as they do. I was seriously thinking about buying one but I don't think it will outshoot my cz457s. I may be wrong but I don't think so, good shooting bro.

what they teached us was to take the shooting position with the butstock against your shoulder and then you take your trigger hand and put that hand on the part of your rifle where you need to insert the bullet (while your ellbow is rested on a table). And from there you put your shooting hand on the table(while elbow is still rested), now you know the spot your hand would naturally touch and thas where your single bullets have to lay on the table and you can pick them up naturaly without stop looking thou the scope. that will increase your acuraccy, they told us the less movement you have to do inbetween shots the better. greetings from a german
