Hey Fam! read 1. **Starting Position**: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms fully extended by your sides. Your palms should face inward, and maintain a slight bend in your elbows. 2. **Body Alignment**: Keep your torso upright and avoid leaning forward. Engage your core and retract your shoulder blades to stabilize your shoulders. 3. **Raise the Dumbbells**: Lift the dumbbells out to the sides in a controlled motion, keeping your arms slightly bent. Raise them until they reach shoulder height, ensuring your wrists remain in line with your elbows. 4. **Lower Slowly**: Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the movement. Avoid letting the weights drop quickly to prevent strain on your shoulders. 5. **Breathing**: Exhale as you lift the weights and inhale as you lower them. This exercise targets the deltoid muscles of your shoulders and helps to build strength and definition. ---

This ensures you’re targeting your chest muscles effectively. 🌟 2️⃣ Shoulder Press Machine ➡️ Adjust the seat height so that the handles are at shoulder level. Tina, I think if you choose exercise content, it shouldn't be a problem. However, you need to be more consistent and engage your audience to interact. The algorithm tends to favor when you can encourage viewers to leave comments. Find a way to do that.
